Easy wheelchair access for a senior citizen off back porch. Enjoy a variety of wildlife. Fishing is amazing right off the dock! (See pics). 2 paddleboards and 2 kayaks available.

It provides visitors with an eclectic blend of "old house" charm and modern updates within walking distance to the Newberry Opera House and wonderful downtown restaurants. The house features over 3,600 square feet of high ceilings, heavy pocket doors for privacy, three fireplaces, four bedrooms with three queen and two twin beds, 3.5 baths..and a wonderful front porch.

We are off Amicks Ferry Road @10 mins out of Chapin. Enjoy the lake view from your shady patio or on the dock.
