Hillside - also fußläufig auf die Berge, zum Kneipen und in ein paar Autominuten am See. Großzügiger Wohnraum mit vielen Möglichkeiten sich zurückzuziehen. Seit ein paar Tagen gibt es auch eine Außensauna, die nach einer ausgedehnten Wanderung zur Erholung dient.

The property consists of a pleasant 2-room apartment with its own kitchen, dining area, bathroom and balcony. The design is rural. A private oven which is operated with wood from the local forests completes the offer. The apartment is only 15 minutes away from the Gerlitzen ski resort. In 20 minutes you can reach the women's downhill skiing in the Bad Kleinkirchheim ski resort or the thermal spas of the surrounding area.

Inside you will find a double bed, refrigerator, electric coffee pot, toaster, microwave, kettle and coffee, snacks, bread for toast, jams. Our house has 3 pet-free flats. All flats are equipped with TV, WiFi and Nespresso coffee machine. Baby cot and high chair for infants are available on request. Guests can prepare their dinner outside on our garden barbecue, and enjoy it on the covered terrace. In the meantime, children can play in our garden shed. Guests can park their car in the car park 10 m from the house.
