We had a lovely stress free stay at Al’s place. The flat is nice, well equipped and the view from the living room balcony is stunning with amazing sunset. Al was always responsive and helpful. Great place to stay, highly recommend. :)

Wir hatten das Vergnügen, einige wunderschöne Tage in der Kochini-Villa in Nea Dimmata zu verbringen – ein absolut komfortables Haus mit herrlichem Meerblick, großen Balkonen und großzügigen Freiflächen. Die Villa ist bestens ausgestattet: eine hervorragend eingerichtete Küche, zwei separate Schlafzimmer mit Klimaanlage und ein modernes, stilvolles Badezimmer. Die gesamte Einrichtung ist einladend, funktionell und mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wie zu Hause gefühlt. Besonders genossen haben wir die Ruhe und die Nähe zum Meer und Strand – ein perfekter Ort zum Entspannen. Die Kommunikation mit Evridiki war jederzeit herzlich, professionell und unkompliziert. We visited Paphos for our friend’s wedding locally and we are so glad we found Svetlana’s place to stay. We enjoyed sitting by the pool most of the time and nearby walks along the beach. Some nice family friendly restaurants nearby too. We had a great week.

What a fantastic villa, the location is superb with the villa located directly on the beach. We stayed end March / beginning April and very rarely saw anyone else on the beach. We were looking for a place to relax and unwind and this was perfect. The villa is private but had so much to keep my teen boys occupied - a massive very clean swimming pool, ping pong table, pool table, basketball court, football, dart board and kayaks. The weather was also good enough for swimming in the sea. The check in process was very easy and the villa had everything we needed. Zacharias was easily contactable if we needed anything. Thanks for a fantastic stay.

This little cottage was perfect for our trip to Cyprus for a a week. We stayed in the cottage for 4 nights. It’s far from Larnaca where we flew in (about 2 and a half hours). The small town of Polis was very welcoming from the busyness of the other larger cities. The harbor was really a great location with access to amazing food and souvenir shops and boat tours. It was very close to walk or a couple minutes to drive. Theneighborhood is a gated community so there is a code to get in. Directions were clearly communicated. The neighborhood has a handful of houses, each with a pool. The houses are not new but we expect the aged charm and chose this because of the secluded location. We were not disappointed. The sound of birds and the distant sound of the water was relaxing. I did not hear any cars from the villa. There is a washing machine but no dryer. It has a clothes hanging rack for drying. 2 cats came and we named them Sneezy B. (Buck) and Pluh. Vey sweet strays. Amazing stay!!

Wir haben eine Ruheoase mit Pool und Nähe zu Strand und netten Lokalen gesucht und gefunden. Sehr aufmerksame Gastgeberin, die um unser Wohl bemüht war. Schöne Gartenanlage mit Chiller Lounge im 1. Stock, grosse Küche mit Wohnzimmer. Wir waren als 4 köpfige Familie hier und kommen gerne wieder.

Der er intet dårligt at sige om Elena eller hendes hus. Huset er præcis som billederne viser - super hyggeligt, lækker pool og meget rent. Elena er nem at kommunikerer med og svarer hurtigt. Selve området, synes vi var ret kedeligt. Der er fine restauranter og alle meget tæt på huset, men udover det er der intet at se eller lave i byen. To små købmænd/turistbutikker er alt hvad der er.

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making check-in smooth and stress-free. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like coffee and local recommendations. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

This is the best place we have stayed at in Cyprus and the host was top notch. The accommodation has got all the amenities you might need and the swimming pool is lovely! For me what really stood out from the host was: 1. Stocked with basics on arrival. We got there at 11 pm and all shops where closed but our fridge was stocked up with milk, bread, cheese and a few other basics. Oh and a bottle of white wine which hit the spot! 2. One night the mains tripped and had a hard time getting them back up. Olga and her husband replied immediately and where there within 10min , helping to diagnose a d fix the problem. 3. We had a late return flight and Olga offered us late checkout free of charge which with an 8 year old was a great help. So all in all great accommodation and an evening greater host. Will definitely recommend and return!

Great apartment in a great location. The outside space is such a bonus. The terrace is huge and a great place to all eat together, and the roof terrace has such a great view. There are a few restaurants within walking distance (we really liked Pepperoni Pizza) and it’s only a 10 minute drive into Paphos which has so many bars and restaurants to choose from. There is also a lovely sandy beach about a 7 minute drive from the apartment called Coral Bay where we hired jet skis. Each bedroom in the apartment has a sea view and is very well equipped. The host was very responsive and helpful and provided clear instructions. I highly recommend this apartment (well it’s more like a 3 storey house than an apartment) and would definitely stay again.

Such a good experience! We needed an alternative quickly cause of a problem at the previous Airbnb and Dovi answered right away, making the check-in a breeze. The apartment is newly renovated and well-equipped. The neighborhood has walkable restaurants, bars and sights. Bus stop and free parking are right out front. Highly recommended, thank you so much!

Все понравилось! Вид отличный,местоположение отличное!Пляж,рестораны,бары очень близко.Магазин(не большой) минут 15 ходьбы.Заезд выезд без проблем. Всегда быстро отвечают на все вопросы.Единственное нет горячей воды по утрам(видать за ночь остывает) правда и весь день она не очень горячая,и прежде чем платить за кондиционер проверти хорошо ли он охлаждает(у нас он в начале не охлаждал).wifi работал только на первом этаже!В общем отличный отдых

Wir waren drei Nächte in Pafos, die Unterkunft ist in einem netten Viertel, sehr touristisch, gut ausgestattet und der Poolzugang ist Klasse, hier gibt es viele sehr liebe und gesunde Katzen in der Nachbarschaft, das war total schön, wir waren rundum zufrieden und können das Appartement nur empfehlen. Die Kommunikation und Freundlichkeit von Michael war super toll. Vielen Dank!

The villa was just beautiful and better than the photos! From gorgeous decor, to beautiful gardens and pool. The villa was spotlessly clean and had all the little details and amenities you could need. Corallia beach is a 5 minute walk away and we preferred to Coral beach, the water is so clear and lovely. We literally just flew and flopped for a week, and wish we could have stayed longer as would have definitely explored the surrounding areas more. Porto antico was our favourite restaurant, food was just amazing from a simple burger to the steak and seafood. Anna was very responsive and arranged a taxi with Georgi for us, he and his team were great and so helpful when my eldest daughter arrived, picking her up at short notice from the airport. Would absolutely return in the future, just a wonderful holiday.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the beach house. It was an easy get in using a lockbox directly outside the house and everything was in good shape for our arrival. We didn’t meet our hosts but there was no need. If there were any questions, we used the Air B&B messaging service and received a prompt reply. The house is a five-minute walk to the closest, and we felt nicest, beach in Latchi. We particularly enjoyed the back area of the house which was a perfect for having breakfast, listening to bird song and visits from the local cats. We would highly recommend this house to anyone who wants to stay in a less touristy area in Cyprus.

Surely that this is my 4th visit tells anyone this is the place! It is quiet, clean, great views from patio area, close to beach, shops, restaurants etc. And the lovely host knows I'm like "ARNIE" - I'll be back!! Thanks as always Penny Horner

Beautiful accommodation in a perfect setting- wonderful spacious sun terrace with amazing views - extremely comfortable beds -hot shower always -well equipped kitchen, plenty towels - great air con Mellittas home is well cared for and in a very peaceful setting with great access to the beach for swimming and also in a great position for a stroll/ run into Polis or a coffee/meal at Latchi harbour we also hired cycles and the local area is very accessible We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here & highly recommend the apartment We also had our daughter and partner stay with our granddaughter for a week and plenty of living space for us all Altogether a wonderful stay at this beautiful accommodation thank you Melitta

Lovely spacious villa - perfect for a relaxing family holiday. Sea view won’t last long once the building of the new villas in front is complete.

This was our second stay at Sunrise apartment and it's so good I'm sure we will return. The apartment is as described clean and spacious, the king-size bed was amazing I haven't slept so good on a strange bed. The apartment is perfectly situated near Polis town (short walk) with lots of cafes, restaurants, shops and supermarkets. Polis beach is about a ten min walk, the beach is a mixture of sand and pebbles with breakwaters making the sea safe to swim. Latchi is about half hour walk or 5min drive. The walk is on a pretty coastal path with plenty seating to enjoy the view. Latchi is a beautiful harbour with lots of restaurants and shop. I would recommend Faros restaurant for a snack drink or meal. Last note Fytos who owns Sunrise is the best host I have used. He is super quick to reply if you have any questions and will go above and beyond to help if he can. Thank you Fytos for another wonderful stay ☺️

We stayed in the apartments and were very pleased! The location is perfect – just a few steps from the sea, and close to restaurants, shops, and places of interest. The apartment was clean, cozy, and well-equipped – we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The balcony with a sea view was wonderful. Communication with the host was smooth and pleasant.
