Quirky, spacious, no-frills place in the Ano Poli, Old town. Area with quite a few sites nearby to visit, lovely restaurants but all very laid back...bit of a student vibe and not so many tourists. If you walk from the centre to the apartment it goes uphill, good exercise or take the bus! The apartment has a great terrace of the bedroom ideal for breakfast and an afternoon glass of wine. Quiet during night, no traffic and friendly neighbours.

If you're looking for peaceful and quiet vacation this is the right place. Beach and private pool are just few steps away, apartment have everything you need and host is great! We had a great stay at this apartment! It’s beautifully renovated with a modern design, very clean, and located in a quiet building which offered a peaceful contrast to the lively atmosphere of Thessaloniki. We especially loved the bathroom and its lighting, a real highlight. Also, Christos was incredibly kind and responded to all our questions very quickly. Highly recommended!

Great location and views with quality luxury finishes.

We had a very enjoyable stay. The apartment is very nicely decorated and offers everything you need. We particularly liked the great location: restaurants and shops are within walking distance, and in the evening it is pleasantly quiet. The complex was very well maintained and offered the best opportunities for relaxation with two pools (one for adults, one for children), a beautiful playground and a barbecue corner. Great beaches can be reached in about 10 minutes by car and are absolutely worth a visit. Communication with the host was also smooth and friendly. Overall, an all-round successful stay – we would love to come again!

The apartment was just as described – clean, comfortable and well appointed. The location is ideal to explore Thessaloniki, everything was easily accessible, even by public transport. I very much enjoyed my stay and will definitely come back. Highly recommended!

Unfortunately the air conditioning didn’t work but the host tried to fix it and fortunately it wasn’t too hot because it was May. The poolarea was awesome! The village was small and quiet, but there were several good restaurants in the center and also by the beach. The beach was nice and the water was very clear. We could definitely come back!

We had such a nice time in Terra Holiday! We booked the terra holiday 2&3 and we were together with our friends. The house is brand new, very nice interior and it has everything you might need. The pool is amazing and what surprised me the most was the fast internet connection. I was working from Greece and the quality and speed of the internet were beyond great. The host is super sweet, friendly and responsive. The house is situated a bit outside of the center, so it is super quite and peaceful, but you can still have a short walk to all the restaurants and the city beach. 10/10 would recommend!

Valantis was a great host. He gave us very clear instructions so we could find the house with ease. The neighborhood is quiet, the house is clean and quite beautiful. In addition, because we wanted to stay a day extra and there was no availability in the house we were staying in, he put us in contact with someone he knows so we could continue our vacation. We will definitely prefer it again!

My stay with Darko was excellent. The flat was easy to find and the check-in straightforward. The flat itself was clean and with all the amenities for a comfortable stay. With the seafront only a 10-15 minute walk away the location was fantastic and the flat is surrounded by a number of supermarkets and great bars, restaurants, and coffee shops. Finally, Darko was a responsive and knowledgeable host.

We stayed for 2.5 weeks and it was wonderful. The place didn't have enough supplies for the length of stay so we bought some and asked him to provide some He had the extra supplies delivered to our door within a day. Other than that minor thing everything else was perfect from the location to the amenities to the communication. I would stay here again for my next trip but it's already booked!

Katerina's apartment is perfect for large groups like ours. It is very centrally located, within walking distance of bars and restaurants. It is also close to the metro station and you can get around the city really easily. Katerina also described the apartment very accurately and was very responsive to my messages. All in all a great experience and a clear recommendation!

It looked exactly like the photos, it was very clean, and equipped with everything needed for our stay: toiletries, cleaning products, towels, and bedding. Dimitris was friendly and prompt with his responses, even when I messaged him at midnight upon our arrival. The location is excellent, smack-bang in the middle of the city centre. We will definitely go back if we decide to visit Thessaloniki again.

Beautiful, central location and a lovely apartment.

We stayed at Eva's place for a week and felt completely comfortable. Eva is a great and very helpful host – messages were always answered quickly and we also received helpful tips directly for questions that went beyond the accommodation. The apartment is very nice, cozy and furnished with a lot of love for detail. The location is perfect: restaurants and shopping are within walking distance. We liked the stay very much and we can absolutely recommend the accommodation and Eva as a host! ☺️
