Our cozy house has everything you need for a comfortable stay – a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, three separate bedrooms, a living room with a comfortable sofa and a spacious terrace with dining area. For colder days, we've equipped the house with a small fireplace and electric heaters. Our guests can enjoy the living room and spacious terrace with a beautiful view of the garden, pier, and river, while sipping coffee from a high-quality espresso machine. The fully equipped kitchen equipment allows you to prepare fresh meals yourself. We also provide stand-up paddleboards, which can be used to paddle out to Lake Zegrze. An additional attraction is the large Finnish sauna overlooking the water, perfect for relaxing your body and soul.

Our cottage is located on the oxbow lake, so you can enjoy the silence, tranquility and beautiful views. A stay in the village of Budne is a perfect break from the city buzz. Lake House 14

Welcome to our lovely Lake House 14 on the Zegrzyn Lagoon in Izbica! This is a phenomenal place for a comfortable rest for 4 people. Our atmospheric cottage, on the first line from the water, provides a spectacular view and experience every day. For our guests, there is a wooden terrace, deck chairs, a fire pit, a Mongolian grill, and a garden hot tub, but these are just some of the amenities that will make your stay at Lake House 14 more enjoyable. SUPs, a kayak, and catamaran are all within easy reach.

A year-round cottage is fully equipped. Ground floor : living room with fireplace and exit to the observation deck, kitchen, bathroom with shower. Upstairs : A south bedroom with a balcony and a lake view, and a north bedroom overlooking a forested hill and ravine. In the bedrooms, there are beds measuring 160 x 200, 140 x 200, and 80 x 200, along with bedding and towels. Wi-Fi Fiber optic. Instead of TV : beautiful views, fire in the fireplace. Włókna Inn Jasna Stodoła close to nature

Włókna Inn is a modern, heated/air-conditioned, fully equipped cottage surrounded by forests and lakes. There is also a large 1000 sqm garden. On the large 70 sqm terrace there is furniture for relaxation, a tub, a barbecue, and an umbrella. The cottage is located about 160 m from Włókno Lake, and the beaches are about 700 m away. Kayak available. We follow the ALL INCLUDED principle, i.e. you pay once for everything. There are no additional fees for pets, firewood, utilities, parking, cleaning, etc.

The beach itself: wide, wide, long, white sandy beach. In the house: a fire place+ sauna and 5 bed rooms (4 x double bed + 1 room with 2 bunk beds for kids)

After an active day, it's time to relax and have coffee on our terrace on the water, and at the end of the day, a joint feast by the fire.
