A year-round cottage is fully equipped. Ground floor : living room with fireplace and exit to the observation deck, kitchen, bathroom with shower. Upstairs : A south bedroom with a balcony and a lake view, and a north bedroom overlooking a forested hill and ravine. In the bedrooms, there are beds measuring 160 x 200, 140 x 200, and 80 x 200, along with bedding and towels. Wi-Fi Fiber optic. Instead of TV : beautiful views, fire in the fireplace. It is serene, peaceful located 3km from the main road 63 and motorized boats are not allowed on the lake. You'll be surrounded by mature trees and a variety of birds and animals. There is a private, sandy lakeshore with its own big T-shape dock. It's perfect for swimming, fishing, and relaxing. The cottage is private,clean and comfortable.
