Michel is very friendly, he was able to listen to our needs. We rented this place for our mother's 60th birthday and everything was perfect. Clean, well-equipped, the accommodation is well thought out. We had a great stay, we will definitely come back.

GREAT!! The communication in advance with Cedric was already very good, he always answered us quickly. We were personally welcomed by him and he showed us everything. The great reception was rounded off by a fruit basket and homemade punch, thank you very much for that! In our eyes, the villa even surpasses the description! The equipment is great, there are endless kitchen utensils, mosquito nets, bath towels for the loungers... everything is just thought of. The house is much bigger than we thought. The best part: The view from the terrace and the pool!!! We were able to enjoy many breathtaking sunsets with daily barbecues. A car is urgently needed, as the villa is very quiet and shopping is not within walking distance, but we knew that before. We can only say: Thank you for allowing us to enjoy such a great place to stay and can fully recommend it!!

I had a great time staying at this place! Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed, and everything was perfectly clean and well prepared. The place is even more beautiful than the photos, with neat decoration, a cozy atmosphere and all the necessary amenities to feel at home. The neighborhood is quiet, pleasant, and close to all amenities: restaurants, small local shops… It is the perfect place to relax. I spent three days, two nights in this villa: the setting is really peaceful, perfect for relaxing. The villa is exactly as shown in the photos, no surprises. The pool is great, well maintained, and no disturbance around — it's quiet from morning to night. The rooms are nice, you sleep well. No complaints, it was a good time.

We spent 10 wonderful days in the Domaine Simini with a lovingly caring host and caretaker service.

The location of the listing is ideal for anyone who wants to enjoy the nautical and marine activities of Malendure. Forest hikes are close by. What makes the accommodation special is the grandiose view of the sea, the banana crops and the mountain and a beautiful terrace to enjoy it in the evening. Add to that the proximity to shops (5 minutes walk and a few calories less for the climb), a few restaurants, lolos, en primeurs, takeout sellers... Nothing is missing! We had a great time, The villa is very well-equipped, The space is super well arranged. The bedding is perfect, cleanliness 10/10. Board games on site🤩. And a breathtaking view🥰. In addition Nathalie is very friendly. We really recommend this place. We'll be there again.

Very good accommodation, very well equipped and clean. We enjoyed unforgettable sunsets. Convenient accommodation for an active family with a baby. Beautiful surprises in the beautiful garden of animals that are harmless here of course.

Beautiful villa we will come back thank you for everything

This is a glorious home. The photos don't do it justice. It's like being immersed in a jungle oasis with a beautiful ocean view. We loved the outdoor kitchen and bathrooms and spent most of our time on the spacious upper balcony. I wanted to set up my office there, it felt like a home away from home. The access to the nearby beach resort and restaurant was a nice perk. The owner Bruno was very gracious and even drove us to get pizza the first night since the restaurant was closed by the time we arrived. All 8 of us had the most wonderful time. Expectations exceeded = highly recommended.

Very well received, we arrived a little early and we were greeted with a smile and full of good information for our stay. Accommodation in quiet neighborhood, out of sight, large garden, very nice view. thank you for this stay Spacious and pleasant house to live in with everything you need to feel at home.

We (2 couples) stayed here in early February 2025 and had a great visit. The villa is outfitted with high-end furnishings and appliances. The beds are extremely comfortable. The pool is only heated by the sun but the temperature was just right. The subdivision entrance is gated so we felt very safe. The property manager, Carmelina, was very responsive and professional, which made a big difference in our stay. We enjoyed the location; we loved being beachfront and we walked to restaurants every day but one. I would definitely recommend this villa to those who appreciate high-end accommodations.

Beautiful stay at Villa Palma, quiet, spacious and ideally located 2 minutes from Deshaies in a green setting. Thanks to Pauline for hosting us and for her kindness. The view of the villa is amazing over the bay, the amenities are great (swimming pool, air conditioning, bed mosquito net) and allowed us to have a great stay. The hardest part is leaving, I hope we get the chance to come back!

We had a great time at Daniel and Sylvie's. For four, what space! A real house, very well arranged, with a sublime view of the sunsets 🌅 (the weather was not very kind but we were able to admire a few!). The bedding is excellent, the location is very quiet, the kitchen is very well-equipped. The house is rented with a dog and 2 or 3 lovely country cats who roam freely, beware of people who fear animals! Air conditioning is available at night, and in the early afternoon. Hot water is dependent on daily sunshine. Perfect stay in Bouillante, with turtles 🐢 just down the house! We'll be back with pleasure! Thanks Sylvie!

Our stay at the villa was just great. The views are breathtaking and even more impressive in person. The space is spacious and the place is very private. We were in a corner of paradise, we wouldn't hesitate to go back for a second!

We used to stay in Saint-François and chose the west coast on Basse Terre for once. The choice was perfect: perfect weather, lush greenery and much more wild, many activities (hiking, snorkeling with turtles, diving...). The villa is perfectly located with one of the best views we have had the opportunity to see. The sunsets were sumptuous.

Overall we had a nice stay. The house is well equipped and arranged. It met our expectations. The environment is peaceful and conducive to rest. Good value for the money. I highly recommend it.
