Great place, near the city centre

Dimitar is an excellent host, very communicative and offered help with local recommendations as well as being super responsive. The apartment is spacious and even with the 4 of us everyone had their privacy. Very well equipped so you feel right at home. The perfect place to stay in Plovdiv absolutely!!!

Lovely little place, walking access from downtown. Everything is refined in detail and a lot of love and means have been put into it! The host's attitude was extremely nice and helpful! The apartment was clean and cozy! I would visit again and recommend with both hands! :)

The location of the apartment is great. On a walking distance from the city center and the old town. The apartment itself was very good, with great interior, equipped with basic bathroom and kitchen supplies. Preparing more meals at a time may become challenging, as the supplies are limited and also there was no dishwasher. (Not that big of a deal, would’ve been helpful.) The overall experience was amazing - nice stay, great location, lovely host.

We recommend this place. The apartment was exactly like the photos. Hard to find parking spots around the centre (5 mins walking distance) but the host has private one with easy access. Denimir is very friendly and it was easy to communicate with.

Everything was wonderful and we have no comments. The cleanliness is impeccable. We really liked that every window has a mosquito net, and they are abundant in Plovdiv. The interior is extremely well chosen and the furniture is great. We have a few recommendations and they are as follows: A small kitchen table with four chairs would be good, because we are a family of 4 and it was difficult for us to eat without such a table. We were looking for oven handles, but we couldn't find any. There may have been, but if there aren't, it's good to have them.

Spacious and cozy space in the heart of Devin. It has all the necessary amenities, fully equipped kitchen, wide dining and living room, clean, with wood burning fireplace, responsive host and close to good restaurants.

The place is calm and cozy, both close to nature surroundings and Devin center. The space itself is clean, modern, and really well set up. The kitchen is fully stocked and there’s a nice living room area with beautiful sunlight in morning. The hosts are amazing—super welcoming and helpful with everything I needed.

the house had everything that was warm and needed. It already came right away in any of our needs or brought it. I really felt like we were at home. There was even beer in the house:) She immediately helped with the slightest problem, not just about the house, but about the area in general. She even called the municipality in case of the problem we had in the park and solved the problem. I also made a very good friend at the same time.

Beautiful town A stunning property with a pampering closed courtyard. It's worth staying a few nights to get what the area has to offer. There are a numberof restaurants in the area worth sampling

We had a wonderful stay at this authentic old house in the heart of Plovdiv’s Old Town. Our stay at the villa was great! The place is very quiet, clean and cozy – perfect for a holiday in nature. The hosts were extremely kind and helpful. Everything was just like in the pictures, even better. There are forest trails near the villa for a nature walk or mountain biking. I recommend it! We would definitely come back again!

We had a very nice experience in this apartment. It is clean, well maintained and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent – close to shops, transportation and points of interest. The owner was very kind and communicative. Highly recommend!

Vartan was very helpful and very responsive with any questions, the apartment was just as described and was about a 10 minute walk from the ancient theatre which suited us perfect. Would absolutely recommend.

Very responsive host by phone without problems... maybe a visit would have been nice to us... But well we stayed there only two nights 3 days... For everything else superb functional accommodation clean well-equipped... On the first floor... At the top close to everything... Small shop a few steps away... Thank you again to recommend...

Good place. Well maintained. private and away from busy streets and still closed to some of the places of interest in Plovdiv. Hosts are responsive and helpful.

Great appartament. We had all we needed and more. The host was really friendly and patient. The appartament was clean and well provided. We apreciated the vegetables market close to appartament open all day and the many little shops nearby. The city centre is less than 20 minutes walking. We had a wonderful time in Plovdiv.
