Ideally located between the port and the beach, at the foot of the GR 34 for pleasant hikes to the Pointe de Guilben and the Abbey of Beauport, close to the Vélomaritime cycle path. You are a 15-minute walk to the port and the city center and 5 minutes to a small secluded beach where you can swim at high tide. Paimpol is the strategic place to discover the island of Bréhat, the Talbert Gorge and the pink granite coast. Close to the train station, you can be independent without a car.

Pretty little fisherman's house tastefully renovated, full of character. The house is located on the banks of the Trieux in the small harbor at the bottom of the Goas Vilinic estuary. Your stay will be punctuated by the tides. Guests can enjoy beautiful walks along the towpath. Located minutes from Paimpol, famous small fishing port, steps from the discreet clear sand beach. Direct access to GR34, close to the Île de Bréhat, Château de la Roche Jagu, Sillon de Talbert, Golf de Boisgelin.

New 71 m2 house, bright, located halfway between the village and the beach. The house consists of a large living room (living room-kitchen), a bathroom and 2 bedrooms (one with mezzanine).
