Welcome to our home! "L'Etage" is a large studio classified as "Furnished Tourist Accommodation" located at the entrance to the Quiberon Peninsula, close to beaches, surf spots, kite spots and sites of interest (Megaliths, Ria, Côte sauvage, Grand Massif Dunaire, GR34...). Ti Melen

Hello and welcome aboard this lovely attic studio, perched on the top floor of this beautiful 1939 "Ti Melen" Carnac house. Ideally located between beaches and megaliths. Once you're settled in, its theme will let your imagination run wild, extending your experience of our beautiful country. We'll be happy to share our favorites (restaurants, shops, walks…). "Pioka" Loft Art & Surf

Loft upstairs of a scenography, graphic design and other workshop, in a wooden house on the edge of the village. We accept nightly rentals (excluding weekends, 2 nights min) throughout the year except summer (July & August) when we prefer weekly rentals, with check-in on Friday (other on request). Amenities nearby and within walking distance, beaches, surfing & dunes within 2 km. You will appreciate this space for its originality and location.

La Cale aux Pirates - Plouharnel Carnac Quiberon

La Cale aux Pirates is a small stone barn just renovated. It offers an ideal setting to discover South Brittany. Close to Quiberon, Carnac or the Gulf of Morbihan, you will have the opportunity to enjoy all the pleasures of this pretty corner of paradise: beaches, surfing, kitesurfing, fishing on foot, megaliths... Whether on the land side or on the sea side, you will have easy access to the must-sees of Morbihan!

Nicolas, the host of this place, is pleased to welcome you to this haven. Located at the end of a closed courtyard, you will have plenty of time to enjoy the elements that nature offers us: Land, Sea and Wide Open Sky. You will have sea views and be 50 m from the coastal path. In the middle of the oyster park, you can walk, cycle, admire nature and of course access all water activities. Carnac is 5 minutes away.

This apartment is in a great location with all amenities nearby. You will find a laundromat, bakery, supermarket and bars/restaurants. The apartment itself is lovely. The living room is bright, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. The bathroom has been recently renovated offering a modern and fresh touch. You will also enjoy the private parking space with a secure gate, with a lockbox for self-check-in.

Apartment about 30 meters from the beach in a renovated 1920 villa and divided into 3 apartments, all with an independent entrance and a small garden with terrace. A large green space (old dune!) in front of the house preserves the environment. The family beach is ideal for all water sports (surfing, windsurfing, kite, paddle etc...) Marked swimming area. South-facing, sheltered from the winds.

Accommodation of more than 140 m2, sea view of La Baie des Anges. Bathed in light, the house was renovated in 2022 with a small Californian style look. Wooded garden, equipped with a suspended terrace and a barbecue area. Surrounded by hiking trails, bike paths and large beaches. It is a peaceful place that breathes holidays for lovers of winter sports, bikes, hikers or just beachgoers.

Orangery near the sea

The house, located on a 1.1 hectare property, is located 1.5 km from the nearest beach, 2.5 km from a nautical base and village of Baden with its shops, golf and riding center. The pier for Île-aux-Moines is very close and new hiking or biking nearby.
