Absolutely fabulous stay. Dinan is a beautiful town , but having the opportunity to stay in a 500 year old house on such an historic , atmospheric street as the Rue du Jerzual simply enhanced the experience. Lovely house , exactly as described in the listing. The location is perfect for walking down to the port or simply strolling in to the centre of town ( literally a few yards ) to the numerous super friendly bars and many restaurants. Communication with Tim was ideal. Super friendly and super quick response any time we needed to ask or check something with him. The whole experience - town , house , host - was a real pleasure. Very enjoyable stay. Thanks Tim.

Wow what can we say. A beautiful place to stay we are so happy we chose this lovely place to stay. We had a relaxing time here. Very good location with shops very close. Downtown Saint Malo is within walking distance, which avoids traffic jams to find a place. The accommodation is nice, an address to keep for a future visit to Saint Malo. The host is very helpful and gives good advice.

A wonderful, small and cozy town house in a great location to explore Dinard and also St Malo via the local ferry. The place was perfect for our needs over a few days. Nicolas was a great host and they have taken great pride in creating a great place to stay and enjoy your holiday.

Excellent stay, the house is functional, perfect with children or pets, beautiful fenced garden, quiet, very well equipped, clean, nicely decorated, close to the sea, walks and shops. I highly recommend it.

Very nice weekend with our children and grandchildren in a tastefully decorated and very well-maintained house. Claire sent us several messages before we arrived to prepare for our stay. Everything is great, I highly recommend it

We had a great time in this charming, quiet and very well-equipped cottage. The buildings have been tastefully renovated, combining modern comfort and authenticity. The whole place has a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere. The location is perfect for exploring the Rance Valley and its surroundings: Dinan, Saint-Malo, the coast… everything is within easy reach. A address we recommend without hesitating!

The stay with Patrick and Laure was wonderful. Welcoming and warm contact. The garden is beautiful, the cottage tasteful and cozy. We love to cook, and then you are well provided for here. It's wonderfully quiet. All towns, beaches and sights are about 30-60 minutes' drive.

Very nice stay in Brittany in this peaceful retreat. The cleanliness is impeccable, the cottage is well-equipped, quiet. The owners who live next door are very friendly, responsive and very discreet. We were able to enjoy the pool with the little ones and all the toys made available, the children were delighted! Finally, the check-in and checkout with Isabelle went very well: she was very responsive to all messages for our arrival and full of good tips for visits. We recommend a stop at this vacation rental!

The place was as described, very clean. Unfortunately we were not able to enjoy the pool or the outside area as it was raining. The house is a marvel of many rooms and even two bathrooms and showers inside a small house. Thank you Lorraine!

Very pleasant stay in a charming and practical cottage. The accommodation is slightly away from the guest house which preserves privacy. The hosts are discreet, adorable and always available for advice or a little conversation. From the cottage, it is easy and quick to reach the shops, the beach in the center and the wonderful GR 34 overlooking the sea, bordered by a beautiful heath. The coast is amazing! The swimming pool, finally, a few meters from the accommodation, is a real luxury after a little sporty walk (or simply to splash around in water much warmer than the English Channel!). We loved our stay at Victor’s place! Even better than on pictures. We absolutely recommend staying at the villa with family and friends. It’s the perfect place to create memories, spend quality time and disconnect. Fireworks, Padel court, bright and spacious living room, open kitchen, we loved it all! Calm neighbourhood, yet close to all the main cities to visit (saint Malo, Dinan, M’ont Saint Michel). Thank you for your hospitality and responsiveness, we’d love to come back!

We had a lovely stay, the house is comfortable and beautifully decorated. The place is very quiet and conducive to walking. We were a family of 5 plus a dog and it was perfectly suited.

Wow! What a fabulous place! A gorgeously renovated old Property with a modern approach and still keeping a character feel. Everything that was needed was available and more! Delphine was so helpful and responsive when we asked questions. The area is stunning, we visited Mont st Michel (2nd trip), Cancale centre, port, Dinan, Dol de Bretagne, Dinard. We swam on the hottest day at Plage port Mer which is a gorgeous beach. One thing to note only is that you need to reverse or drive out on to a sometimes busy side road. Nolwenn’s place was as described, had a nice water view, was comfortable, clean, and located near the beach, city wall, restaurants, shops, etc. Less than a 10 minute walk to everything in the city walls. We had a great stay and would stay again. If you have big/heavy luggage, it is on the 3rd floor with no elevator.

Beautiful quiet villa with beautiful sea views. The large terrace is lovely. The rooms are comfortable, all equipped with a bathroom and dressing room. Shops and the port of Erquy are within walking distance. Thanks to Melanie for her hospitality and flexibility.

Great few days spent at Murielle's place. It had everything we needed and was well equipped with amenities. Just a short walk to the seafront and restaurants. The house itself is lovely inside and spacious and contributed to a great few days!

Very nice apartment in a quiet residential area. All shops for necessities are nearby. Very good starting point to visit Saint Malo and La Mont Sant Michel.

Beautifully tastefully decorated house, very spacious and functional. Everything was in new condition and very clean. Ideal for two couples. Nice little private terrace with BBQ area, unfortunately with a little traffic noise inside the village but not disturbing. Area is beautiful . There are nice coastal villages not too far away. We really enjoyed our stay.
