Just perfect with a little more quality, a patio. Very well arranged, clean, bright rooms. Very well equipped with quality amenities. Responsive, welcoming hosts. A few minutes from shops and the port. Conclusion: don't hesitate!!!

Thank you Severine for a lovely relaxing stay in L’Emeraude and for being such a welcoming host. The studio is very well equipped and the surroundings are beautiful. It’s also well placed for visiting St Malo, Dinan and Dinard and is a good location for cycling.

The apartment is beautifully modern, super equipped and clean - we felt right at home. Communication and check-in went smoothly. The private parking is extremely convenient, and the location is also great: There are several supermarkets, bakeries, delicatessens, etc. nearby and you only drive a few minutes to the beach, which is beautiful. We would love to come back!

Responsive host The apartment was clean but it would be necessary to add a curtain on the window door of the living room Because the place is on the ground floor and everyone can see inside I had to close the shutter during my stay

we spent 1 night in this super cute studio, very well arranged with everything you need. the place is super quiet indeed but it was perfect for us. super bedding, overhead projector at the top, super cool exterior, and thank you again for all the small touches on our arrival (cold cans, sweets, small cakes) we highly recommend and will keep this little place in mind for a future stay. We had a pleasant stay. The cottage is very well-equipped and quiet, in the countryside. Roy and Ivo are very friendly and responsive hosts to make our stay go smoothly.

We had a lovely weekend with 6. The accommodation was spotless and very well-equipped for 6 people, including towels. The exteriors were also very nice. Nothing to complain about this accommodation except that you can go there without so much as a second thought!

We loved everything, whether it was the accommodation, the location, the calm, even the not-so-sunny weather, and especially the kindness of the hosts. Everything went well. The cottage was really very clean and well decorated. We had trouble heating the house but once it was on, no more problems.

We had a great time at Danielle's place. The accommodation she offers is very nice, clean and spacious. The outdoor setting is also superb and relaxing. We were hosted very well and highly recommend staying there.

We liked the small but very cozy house very much. It was very clean and lovingly furnished. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom very spacious and modern! The only downside was the very small couch...with 5 people you can't actually stay in the living area...but the beautiful garden offers enough space, which is very pleasant in good weather. The location is nice and quiet yet within walking distance to the bakery and supermarket. The nearby beaches are very nice and at least empty in the low season. Audrey and her family were very kind and accommodating and always helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would certainly come back!

Great welcome and availability by Barbara , The place is peaceful , spacious ,and well located for enjoying the banks of Rance , Dinan , St Malo, Cancale .... A very pleasant weekend!

We had a great time at Florence's who was always responsive and accommodating. We would recommend this small haven of peace without hesitation! The +: a few steps from the shops (great "Maison Malécot" bakery for lovers of good breads and cakes🙂) and the beach.

Anne's apartment is a rare gem, spacious, quiet, bright, clean, very well equipped, there's everything, tastefully decorated, very charming, a very cute terrace, a parking space, there's really good energy and you feel good right away!! Ideally located for visiting Saint-Malo, there's everything you need nearby and 10 minutes from the old town, just perfect! We had a wonderful week and will return to this apartment without hesitation if we return to the area. Thank you so much for your kindness Anne.

For my second stay in this charming apartment, I am still delighted to return. Very easy access, on the 3rd floor with elevator, very well equipped, very nicely decorated, nothing missing. And always this beautiful view of the sea, the dream. I recommend it 200%.
