Our gite is the perfect place for everyone who is seeking a unique experience in a calm rural space ideal for walking, observing the birds and relaxing . We offer exclusive art exhibitions and a serene atmosphere amidst the abundant nature of central Bretagne. From here, you can easily explore the coast and nearby events. In the village center (1,5km away) there is a epicerie with local bio products, a restaurant and a book shop.

La Petite Maison

Liz and Simon welcome you to your holiday cottage in a charming old hamlet. You will enjoy the use of a private garden as well as a warm, comfortable interior. La Petite Maison is a 4 minute walk from a boulangerie (breakfast not supplied). Berrien is 5 mins drive from a supermarket in Huelgoat, and to its cafés, shops and restaurants on the lake. Berrien has some beautiful countryside, such as Huelgoat forest and the paths of the Monts d'Arrée. Morlaix - 22km, Carnatec/Locquirec 38km

"La DAYA" Farmhouse

Between land and sea: Old 18th century farmhouse. Cottage rented for touristic purposes. Spacious, renovated and equipped, to comfortably accommodate 4 people, bright and pleasant with all the comforts necessary for your stay. At the edge of a wood in a quiet cul-de-sac in the countryside. Numerous hiking trails. Close to all shops (Super U, bakery, tobacco press, doctor etc...). 20 minutes from Lake Guerlédan - 40 minutes from Saint-Brieuc and 1 hour from the Emerald Coast.

Tiny beautiful studio in the center of Brittany

Despite its small size, this compact studio is well arranged and bright. It is equipped with a bathroom and kitchenette. The mezzanine double bed is accessed by a steep staircase, so not recommended for the frail. The fully self-contained accommodation has a balcony and on the other side a private entrance from the parking lot. Seven minutes' walk to the attractive village, there are shops including bakery, supermarket, banks and restaurants.

For the most calm and the stones lovers, they can leisure in the serenity of the Abbey of Bon-Repos.

Lann Avel – Guaranteed green escape

Welcome to Lann Avel, a characterful longhouse located in a quiet village, ideal for a relaxing stay. Enjoy a large wooded park to relax, a stone's throw from the Liscuis hiking trails and its nature reserve. The canal from Nantes to Brest, the abbey of Bon-Repos and the lake of Guerlédan are very close. Swimming, walks, water activities, shops and swimming pool are accessible in a few minutes. A peaceful and refreshing setting awaits you!

A green setting for two

You have direct access to your private space located on the ground floor: entrance, bedroom, connecting bathroom, toilet, a magnificent kitchen and a superb living room. 120 m2 of living space. Please note that you will enjoy this set exclusively. Indeed, all other services of the site are closed during your stay to preserve your privacy. Outside, you will enjoy the terrace with its Weber Traveler barbecue and the 600 m2 lawn.

The stable by L'instemps Repos

Relax in this quiet and stylish space. The ground floor offers a very comfortable and spacious living space with a very bright kitchen, a central island for dining and a living room with TV, as well as a toilet. Upstairs you will find the sleeping area with two bedrooms and a shower room with wc. The terrace area is equipped for outdoor dining and relaxing. The firewood is the responsibility of the guest. It's not provided.

Lovers' little nest

This charming little house sleeps 2 people: living room on the ground floor with a kitchenette and a room including toilets and shower together. A staircase leads to the 1st floor where there is a bedroom with a double bed. It is located in the middle of the village, near the church. Heating by heat pump. Small courtyard in front of the house with a table and 4 chairs to eat outside if the weather is nice.
