Vacation rentals with beach access in Plazhi San Pietro

Egnisa's place is very well located and well maintained, with an amazing view of the beach, right in the centre of the beautiful part of Durres beach. She was proactive in sharing the check in details ahead of time and making the check in process very smooth, even though we had a late midnight check in due to last minute flight delays. There are plenty of options to eat around and the beach is right in front of you. Thank you for hosting us!

Mikhail a été un hôte exceptionnel, très flexible et attentionné. Il est venu nous chercher à l’aéroport en pleine nuit et nous a même raccompagnés à la gare routière très tôt le matin de notre départ. L’appartement était encore plus beau que sur les photos, avec une vue incroyable. Le rapport qualité-prix est excellent. Merci encore Mikhail pour ton accueil !

Wyśmienita lokalizacja, apartament na 5 piętrze z widokiem na morze, dostęp do plaży przy budynku apartamentu. Gospodarz bardzo szybko odpowiada na wiadomości, zameldowanie w czeskiej restauracji „Mol” w tym samym budynku co apartament. Wystrój jak na zdjęciach bardzo dobre warunki mieszkaniowe. Pomieszczenia klimatyzowane. Dostęp do wi-fi. Polecam serdecznie Gospodarza. Daje 5 gwiazdek!!

Absolutely great! We had an amazing time at this beach Airbnb! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and just steps from the sand — very convenient also for a family with young kids. Enjoying morning coffee or glass of wine on the patio added to this experience. Our host was great, responsive, and genuinely thoughtful. From helpful local tips to little touches around the home that made our stay extra comfortable, they went above and beyond. You can tell he cares deeply about creating a great experience for his guests. Whether you're looking to relax, explore, or just recharge, this place has it all. Highly recommended!

Ev sahibimiz özenle ve sabırla her sorumu yanıtladı. Mekanlar hakkında çevre hakkında bilgi aldım. Abartmıyorum bugüne dek kaldığım en güzel Airbnb evi olabilir. Yatak odasında projeksiyon olması müthiş bir detay.. ❤️

Super appartement, vue incroyable. Petit, mais comprend tout ce dont on avait besoin (réfrigérateur, ronds de poêle, climatisation, table à manger). Ervin a été très sympathique, nous a donné la clé et nous a aidé à se stationner. A répondu rapidement à nos questions. Logement à ne pas manquer à Durres! Merci!

We were three people spending an extended weekend in Golem. Ina gave us a very warm welcome and was super flexible with the check-in time. The apartment looks exactly like it does in the pictures—beautiful, clean, and modernly furnished. It has everything you need for both a short or longer stay! A real highlight is the large balcony and the private parking space, which is especially convenient if you have a rental car. The beach, supermarkets, and restaurants are all within walking distance. Ina also gave us great tips for excursions and restaurants, and she was always available if we had any questions. We really enjoyed our stay!

Maison agréable proche de la mer à pieds (2mn) et de toute commodités. Beaucoup de restaurants et de cafés. Hôte très sympa et très réactif.

Die Villa ist sehr schön und die Lage ist perfekt, man braucht nur 5min zu Fuß zum Strand und 3min zum kleinen Supermarkt in der Anlage. Die Ausstattung ist gut, vielleicht könnte man noch ein Schneidebrett mehr anschaffen. Aber ansonsten bietet die Villa alles was man braucht. Die Handtücher und die Bettwäsche wurden sogar während der Woche gewechselt. Der Pool ist sehr schön und man kann auch abends entspannt schwimmen. Egal ob Sonne oder Schatten in der Villa kann man beides haben. Und man hat auch eine eigene Musikbox. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen.

Notre voyage nous amène pour la seconde fois Albanie , et c'est sans hésitation que nous avons encore une fois opté pour Durrës en vue d' effectuer le premier arrêt (1mois). Pour avoir expérimenté la gentillesse des albanais, la bonne qualité générale du reseau internet , et les longues promenades dans la nature, il etait évident de s'ecarter du centre ville bruyant pour tenter l'aventure chez Tea à Hamallaj. Et nous n'avons pas été deçus. C'est en fait une maison de plain pied qui comporte 2 grands appartements, avec un jardin clôturé. Un emplacement a 500m de la plage, une bonne connection WIFI, une cuisine Equipée vraiment complète, de petits commerces dans le voisinage ( Dont un a 3 mn a pied qui accepte les Paiments en CB), Snack, Barbier, magasin d'outillage, Bureau de tabac 24/7... Et il semble que ca continue doucement de se developper, tout cela dans un rayon de moins d'1km. Nous reviendrons sûrement faire un arrêt en repartant vers l'Adriatique! Merci Tea :)

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit im Boho-Appartment. Alles ist sehr schön und neu eingerichtet. Es gab Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Babybett und sogar eine Grundausstattung im Bad und in der Küche. Spielzeug hatten früherer Besitzer auch hinterlassen, was wir gerne genutzt haben. Ein kleiner Supermarkt ist in 4 min Entfernung zu erreichen. Für Ausflüge haben wir ein Taxi genutzt. Am Strand gab es einen öffentlichen Abschnitt, den wir genutzt haben.

We arrived at nighttime and had no problem finding the house. Ilda sent videos to find it and that was very helpful! The house is in a perfect location. One minute walk to the beach, restaurants, bars and promenade. The house is located in the woods and far enough away, so you do not hear noise. The best part is the garden! A large patio with a stone grill, tables and chairs. A hammock for napping. A lot of room for everyone. The house was very clean and looked just like the pictures. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment. There was plenty of beach chairs, towels, etc. to use. Clear instructions for everything. I would highly recommend Ilda's home.

We had a great stay! The location is amazing and the beach is walking distance. I only have a couple remarks, which I think is only because the place is relatively new. We arrived quite late so found it difficult to find the exact location of our villa. The team did send us a video, but it was difficult to follow in the dark. There are no street names. The kitchen was not equipped with kitchen towels and oven gloves which made it difficult to clean counters and get things out of the oven. All in all, we had a great time and would definitely go back!

Elissa et Endrit ont été des hôtes attentionnés, réactifs ..leur logement est facile d’accès, très fonctionnel, avec un accès direct à la plage, à proximité de restaurants et de toutes commodités …idéal en couple ou en famille avec des enfants…nous recommandons sans hésitation

La casa rispecchia a pieno le foto, molto bella e molto comoda, bella vista sul mare, un po’ difficile e faticoso arrivare all’alloggio a piedi ma noi avevamo la macchina quindi non ci sono stati problemi, siamo stati molto bene. Per il check in e il check out non ci sono stati intoppi molto veloce e facile. Consiglio questo alloggio!

Great place to stay in Durres. About a 15-20 min walk from city center, but closer to all the good restaurants. I highly recommend staying here and visiting Gate03 for dinner. It’s totally worth it. Great views and can tan on the balcony after around 15:30 (3:30 pm). Will hopefully be staying here again!

It is a spacious apartment with a beautiful view of the Adriatic sea. The beach and the sea is great for swimming and they are located right outside the apartment. There are so many nice restaurants in the promenade, and one would never go short of choices. The area is family oriented safe. There is very limited space in the street for parking. So, it is a plus that the apartment has a parking garage. However, one has to be a very skilled and confident driver to take the car down the steep entrance and take it out. The help of another person is needed when taking out the car from the car park to ensure that the road is free of any traffic. Overall, it is a great apartment. We had a good time enjoying the sea, the lovely restaurants and the comfortable apartment.

Slavik jest bardzo życzliwym i pomocnym gospodarzem, z którym jest świetny kontakt. Otrzymaliśmy jasne instrukcje zameldowania i dużo rekomendacji atrakcji w pobliżu. Lokalizacja bardzo dobra, wszędzie blisko, łatwo zaparkować na ulicy, gdzie parking jest bezpłatny. Mieszkanie jest piękne i można na miejscu znaleźć wszystko co potrzebne. Czuliśmy się jak w domu. Jeżeli planujesz zwiedzić Durres to wybierz właśnie to mieszkanie, będziesz zadowolony.

két teraszról is tenger láttuk! Meg voltunk elégedve. Talán 1 tv nem ártana, hogy a reggeli csendet oldja. Ajánljuk mindenkinek!

We zijn zeer tevreden over ons verblijf hier. Wij wilde onverwachts toch nog gebruik maken van fietsen en dit werd vlot en vriendelijk opgepakt. Alles was eventueel op loopafstand. Wel druk om met de auto die kant op te komen.

Aldo was incredibly helpful during our stay. We initially booked this apartment but decided to extend our visit. Unfortunately, the apartment wasn't available for the next day, so I booked another one through Aldo. He was kind enough to arrange for us to check out of one apartment and check in immediately to the next. The apartments were lovely and had everything we needed. I highly recommend this experience!
