Christian a été un hote exceptionnel. Réactif, disponible, arrangeant. Le bien loué correspond en tout point à l annonce et en mieux. La vue sur la piscine et la mer, le calme, les restaurants alentours ( on vous conseil le Gourmet), l espace sécurisé... Vraiment un lieu à découvrir.

We stayed here for around 7 weeks, the apartment is fantastic with everything you need and it has great views. Close to beach and bars and a supermarket. We really enjoyed our stay and hopefully will be back to Vera Playa again soon. Fermín was a great host and communicated before and during our stay.

My husband and I stayed at Cristina’s apartment for five weeks in February/March 2025. We enjoyed a very relaxing visit to Garrucha. The apartment was very tastefully decorated and well equipped for a long stay. There were lots of towels and bed linens. There was a washing machine and dryer and pretty much everything we needed for our visit. The location was very good also, just steps from the beach. We enjoyed daily walks along the beach. There were lots of restaurants and two grocery stores nearby. I will definitely stay there again if I ever visit Garrucha again.

Muy buen acierto con este apartamento. Con increíbles vistas al mar y en una zona muy acogedora. El apartamento estaba en perfecto estado y con buena presentación. Además, la dueña muy atenta y detallista. Sin ninguna queja.

Una estancia de diez, el anfitrión atento y disponible, todo ha sido inmejorable si vuelvo a Vera repetiré de nuevo, como estar en casa. Gracias

Apartamento limpio, bien ubicado y con todo lo necesario para pasar unas vacaciones en familia. La terraza con el jacuzzi es una pasada. La piscina comunitaria es grande y con el agua calentito, está genial para los peques. La playa está muy cerquita y además hay comercios y restaurantes muy cerca. Ha sido genial poder meter el coche en el parking subterráneo, la plaza es muy grande y está enfrente de la puerta de acceso. La única cosa a tener en cuenta es que no es accesible ya que tiene escaleras para acceder a todo, pero hemos estado tan agusto que no nos ha importado. Sin duda un sitio para repetir. Our 2nd visit and not disappointed, just 1 issue with the heavy rain but quickly resolved. We love the location, easy access to all amenities and the beach and a couple of golf courses nearby. Looking forward to next years visit

La casa de Amaya es un 10, preciosa, ubicación maravillosa y bonita, cerca de zona de restaurantes y un pequeño supermercado, parking privado, urbanización con piscina climatizada, la terraza es una pasada y la cocina muy bien equipada. Por poner un par de aspectos a mejorar: las ventanas no tienen persianas, por lo que en cuanto amanece entra la luz (aunque cierres los postigos de las ventanas) y, a nivel personal, la cama de matrimonio no nos pareció cómoda, no así las almohadas que eran súper cómodas.

This was the cleanest a most well equipped air bnb that I have ever stayed in. (And I’ve stayed in a lot) there was not a speck of dirt or dust anywhere, we were so comfortable. Clarissa provides everything you need to be able to go explore the beaches and relax at her place comfortably. In order to get to, and around the Valle del Este Resort, you will need a car. There is nothing walkable from the location except the hotel bar and restaurant. But hopefully that’s obvious given the location. Usually I try to boycott Airbnb and stay at hotels when I can but this one was impossible to pass up because it was cheaper then the hotel and offered so much more. I am so glad we stayed here. Clarissa and her husband were so nice and helpful. I would definitely book again.

Un apartamento espectacularmente bonito, cumple con todas las comodidades y más que pone en la descripción. Es un sitio súper acogedor. Carlos ha sido una persona súper amable con nosotros y muy flexible en cuanto a hora de entrada y salida. Gracias por todo! Repetiríamos sin dudarlo esta estancia, 100% recomendable.

Logement très bien équipé et agréable.

Piso tranquilo, muy cuidado y buen tamaño para 4. Los anfitriones muy atentos a todos los detalles. Muy bien situado junto a zona de restaurantes y bares en el puerto. También tiene cercana playa, nosotros el baño lo hicimos en playa Puerto Rey, también muy cerca. En estas poblaciones hay que moverse en coche.

. Three outside seating areas including the beautiful swimming pool area. A car definitely required. A five minute car journey to the beautiful Mojacar Pueblo. Also five minutes to Turre with a selection of restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and a Friday market. Less than ten minutes to Mojacar beaches. My wife and I stayed for six weeks in April/May 2025 and would definitely return.

Fantastic apartment in a great location, just a few minutes from the seafront. Apartment was so comfortable for our one month stay. Had everything we needed. Very comfortable beds. The terrace is so lovely with a beautiful view to the sea! There are great restaurants and bars a few minutes walk away but the complex is nice and quiet and the residents are lovely. Bárbara is the best host we ever had! She supplied so much information before we arrived and she waited to meet us even though we had a late arrival time. All through our stay she provided great advice on places to go and if we said we were going to visit a particular place she recommended great restaurants! They were all fantastic! I feel like I’ve made a new friend in Bárbara ❤️ This apartment is ideal for visiting Mojácar. Great location and very comfortable. You will be spoiled for choice for music, there were so many great bands playing, and lovely restaurants. Highly recommend! Enjoy!

Fue una estancia muy agradable, zona tranquila. la casa estaba en perfecto estado, utensilios de cocina y menaje varios. La única pega por decir algo que la playa de arena, grande y buena había que ir en coche a Vera, al ir con Niña y ser de piedra era muy incómoda para nosotros.

Margaritas place is absolutely fantastic. It is the highest point in Vera playa which means the views are simply stunning. We spent a lot of time relaxing on the terrace and enjoying the private swimming pool which was a must in the humid conditions. Check in was smooth. We were escorted to the building through the private barrier, shown where to park and taken to the correct apartment. Margarita was always on hand if we had any questions and the bed was very comfortable. Lots of amenities in the kitchen if you would like to cook and a 10 minute walk to the main restaurant/bar area. We wished our stay had been longer! The perfect place to relax and unwind

El apartamento estaba muy bien, limpio y con el equipamiento que se anuncia. El lugar era tranquilo, próximo a la playa y con restaurantes en la zona. Elena estuvo pendiente de nosotros en todo momento. Todo perfecto.

El apartamento es perfecto, y estando en un bajo, la terraza es genial para disfrutar del desayuno. La urbanización nos encanta, tanto por su estructura, tranquilidad, su piscina de verano y su piscina cubierta (que además tiene calefacción por si te pilla un temporal como fue el caso). Volveremos, seguro. Además el trato con los anfitriones fue súper fácil, y en la medida de lo posible son muy flexibles. Todo genial.

El pisito es tal y como se describe. No nos falto ningún detalle en cuanto a menaje, electrodomésticos, espacio y el aire acondicionado se agradece muchísimo, vinimos con ola de calor y era algo necesario. En la planta de arriba se puede comer al aire libre ya que tiene su mesa y sillitas y en la noche se está muy agustito. Y ya si hablamos del jacuzzi y el descanso que te da, después de un largo día conociendo Almeria, pues es un plus añadido. En la zona, hay pizzerias, pollerias, ferreterías, supermercados y a 10 minutos de paseo relajado la playa, que esta playa cuanta con un paseo marítimo, tiendesitas y muchísimos restaurantes. No tienes que salir de la zona para nada, porque hay de todo. Si tienes pensado ir a la playa una semana y no utilizar el coche para nada, aquí puedes hacerlo.

Nous n'avons pas eu le plaisir et l'honneur de rencontrer Sarai. Nous avons echangé à 2 reprises, par mail pour des détails techniques d'ordre minime, pour, in fine, trouver une solution. En conclusion, nous avons vécu 2 excellents mois de Vacances dans l'appartement loué par Sarai, et nous l'en remercions.
