Very nice house, practically surrounded by a peaceful sea. Romano and his very kind staff were always available for everything. Ideal for those who love activities at sea such as fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding, boat ride, etc.

I hosted a Woman's Empowerment Retreat and we stayed there for a few days. Myself as well as my guest. Really loved it! We had plenty of space. Luis helped out with everything from airport transportation, to meals and scheduling massages. I highly recommend!

This was an ideal place to spend my first day in Peru. Their tips and directions helped me immensely. I was only here for one day for a stopover in Lima on my way to the mountains but I would definitely stay here again on my return. Thank you!

Excellent attention from Ana Maria and her husband Alvaro, they allowed me to cook since I have a strict diet. The cozy room, full size bed, all very clean! The bathroom was great, impeccable every day. Each room has a key to secure the door. It has a common room with armchairs to rest or do work. TV 32 inches enough with a set-top box to watch movies and more. Recommended!!!! The area is for people who are working or in transit for a few days. This family is highly recommended!

An excellent place to enjoy in every way, but even more so because of the host. At Chino Surf House you feel right at home. Good breakfast, comfortable and clean room and relaxation areas inside the house. I'll definitely be back. Chino is a great person, friendly and pleasant conversation, a great host.

Armando's house is cozy, quiet, spacious, and bright. Living here feels like home. The house has a yard and a small garden, which is very beautiful. It is a very safe large residential area in Chorrillos area. Next to the neighborhood is Liman Plaza, which is very convenient for shopping. It is only a little more than 1km from the beach, you can walk to the beach to see the beautiful scenery.Armando is the best host, he is warm and friendly, and willing to help guests with any problems, we got along very well, and even tasted Peruvian food and Chinese food together, we became very good friends, the hostess Claudia and their son Diego are also very friendly, this is a Peruvian family full of love.Five stars. Recommended this place!

Javier was a great host! He was very communicative and extremely responsive and accommodating. He prioritized a clean hospitable stay for all guests. Loved the weekly cleanings, free drinkable water, and basic food staples available! Would recommend!

Carlos and his wife are great people, they will help you with anything you need, they’ll receive you with open hands and a hug, they are very nice and have you some breakfast every morning, you can have great conversations with them and will recommend places to eat and even a beauty salon that treats you like at home, thanks for everything Carlos.

If there can be a perfect room when you travel, this is it! Squeaky clean. Javier is a great communicator. The room has everything you need. And the best is the location. A mere 30 metres away from the promenade for long walks. Be sure to catch some markets on the weekend. 15 minutes (walk) to great restaurants and cafe’s. Javier makes good recommendations for the best spots to enjoy a lovely cup of coffee or a meal. I would luv to come back to Lima and stay at Javier’s.

Very comfortable, clean and very well located within a condominium close to the beach. The person who received us was very friendly and provided us with all the necessary service. The rooms are divided into 4 flights, additional there is a common area (living room) on the ground floor, kitchen and terrace upstairs. The only problem was the communication for check-in since they took a long time to respond.
