Bonito lugar en el que escaparse unos días con tu pareja, a 5 minutos de la playa caminando , terraza con vista al mar y bonita decoración , recomendado si te gusta el estilo rústico.

Nos hospedamos durante el matrimonio de mi hijo y fue una experiencia maravillosa. La casa era amplia, muy limpia, con césped, piscina y una vista al mar espectacular. El Sr. Alejandro y su asistente fueron muy atentos y amables. Ideal para momentos especiales. ¡Recomendado!

Absolutely loved our stay in this gorgeous loft in Barranco, Lima. The hosts were truly amazing- so warm, welcoming, and helpful throughout. The loft itself is such a beautiful space, filled with character. It’s bright and airy, with so many windows and doors letting in natural light and fresh air- you really feel like you can breathe here. Whenever we needed anything, Matthais, dulce and Diego were always available to help out. The sleeping arrangement was also super cute, and the beds were incredibly comfortable - perfect for sinking into after a day of exploring. The whole place has an artsy charm to it that makes you feel inspired and at home at the same time. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a stylish, peaceful stay in one of Lima’s most vibrant neighborhoods.

Casita con todas sus comodidades, más de lo que muchas veces se encuentra. Muy tranquilo y se puede descansar perfectamente. Todo se encontraba tal cual las descripciones y la atención y preocupación porque estemos cómodos era notable Recomendable al 100% .!!!

La casa estaba muy bonita, limpia y ordenanda. Mis pequeños se divirtieron mucho, fue facil de llegar. Sobre todo la amabilidad de ivonne y lo facil que es comunicarse con ella. Se los recomiendo definitivamente.

We stayed at Rodrigo's house for a week, with two adults and one dog, aiming to get some time away from Lima while working remotely. Though the WiFi wasn't reliable for work, our own Starlink terminal worked great. The house was perfect for our needs. We appreciated the AC and little creature comforts, including a BBQ we frequently used. Our dog loved the large yard, and the pool was refreshing. We only left the property once for lunch, as there wasn't much within walking distance. We requested additional cleaning and some cooking mid-week, and Edith came to help with both, which we appreciated. One concern was the surveillance cameras inside the house. Though the host assured us they were off, it felt less private. Overall, we enjoyed our time at Rodrigo's house, relaxing and making the most of the house, pool, and yard.

Appartement agréable dans un petit immeuble de 3 étages en bord de mer. Endroit calme car rue non passante, un peu en retrait du grand axe. Après avoir eut un problème avec une serrure, une personne est arrivée en 10 minutes pour solutionner l'incident. Une réactivité très appréciable.

Zo’s place is in a great neighborhood for walking to food and drinks and is very close to ocean views and parks, too. We even walked from the apartment along the coast and all the way to Kennedy Park in Miraflores. The apartment is adorable and charming decorated with fun decor (it looks better than the pictures). The water was hot, the kitchen had basic necessities, and there is plenty of space for hanging and storing clothes. Zo is also accommodating and responds quickly to messages. A few things to note that some people may care about: The beds are firm and so are half the pillows. The neighborhood is fairly quiet throughout the week although the sounds of a busy city are constant (shutting the bedroom doors helps!). During the weekend the neighborhood is very active, the neighbors had a party on Saturday and the local bars are playing music. Consider earplugs or melatonin if you need help sleeping through such things. There is a Dunkin and Starbucks down the block.

My friends and have stayed in various Air B & B's but we all said that this was the nicest. It was more than we typically paid in the past, but worth it for this holiday. There was plenty of room for us to sit and relax, read and listen to the waves. Since we visited off season it was typically very quiet. There was some construction in front of the building but the noise impact was minimal. We had an issue with the kitchen sink and the host responding quickly and the problem was resolved in 24 hours. The laundry sink had hot water so we could wash dishes without a problem. The wifi was without incident with 3 users. There were lots of places to walk and the small town had good restaurants and coffee shops. We were able to buy the groceries that we needed. The kitchen had an air fryer which was a great option for cooking. Thank you for a lovely stay!

El condominio y el departamento están en excelente estado, bien cuidados y equipados para una estadía cómoda y placentera. Un verdadero gusto llegar a un lugar así. La cocina está muy bien equipada, con un excelente refrigerador con dispensador de hielo y agua, cafetera filtrada y más. Los televisores tienen aplicaciones de streaming habilitadas (usé Netflix, Amazon Prime Video y Disney+ sin problemas), y los equipos de sonido son de muy buena calidad. La decoración y el mobiliario crean un ambiente acogedor. El condominio funciona impecablemente, con instalaciones operativas, piscinas bien mantenidas y un restaurante práctico. Algunos detalles a considerar: el estacionamiento es algo justo (Toyota Rav4 con 20 cm de margen por lado). Los fines de semana hay más gente, pero el control de uso en la piscina familiar permite rotación y buen acceso. Destaco la comunicación con Giancarlo, siempre atento y rápido en responder. En resumen, una excelente estadía en un hermoso lugar.

Great place in a fantastic location! The unit itself is very quiet and nicely decorated. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay and Alejandro and Tania were very accommodating! The suite is in a basement so it was a little cold but they were nice enough to bring me a little heater. The curtain in the bedroom does let some light in because they keep the courtyard lights on outside the apartment so we needed face masks. Bed and pillows were comfy. My only complaint is the couch is hard and small. So we had a hard time relaxing comfortably in the living area. Other than that we had a great stay. 🙏🏼

Bell endroit calme reposant. L'appartement est super confortable avec une terrasse qui domine une magnifique allée arborée et une vue sur l'océan extraordinaire. A proximité des commerces et restaurants, c'est un endroit que je recommande. Claudia est tres reactive rt très cool.

Lindo duplex. Muy bien equipado. Nada que sea necesario le falta a este departamento. Muy bien ubicado, en un condominio bastante seguro, con varias comodidades y personal muy amable, a solo 3-4 cuadras de la playa y a una cuadra se un market que te saca de apuros todos los dias. Ideal para pasar unos días en familia. Milagros y su esposo super amables, siempre atentos a todo lo que necesitábamos. Muy recomendable!!!

Es la segunda vez que voy al departamento de Lorena, y siempre es un gusto regresar. La vista, el lugar y la atención es súper.

Un lindo depa, la zona muy tranquila y familiar. Linda vista de la playa. Todo estaba limpio y ordenado tal cual las fotos. María Esther nos dió todas las instrucciones que necesitamos. Pasamos una linda estancia

Buen lugar para pasarla en familia, tranquilo y cerca a la playa. Tiene piscina en el depa y también si se desea se puede reservar la otra piscina de la terraza. Hubo algunos problemas cuando llegamos pero siempre estuvieron pendientes de que se solucionaran lo más rápido posible y siempre atentos a lo que preguntemos sobre el lugar. Fue flexible con el check out.
