Unmissable loft in Conil de la Frontera, located near the beautiful Atalaya Park and just 200 meters from the beach. The open floor plan is on the 1st floor, with elevator, of a newly built building. From the independent entrance you can access, on the right, the fully equipped kitchen and, on the left, the living room complete with sofas, one of which is a double sofa bed, TV, dining table and balcony. The master bedroom with a small terrace and the bathroom with shower complete the loft.

The large living/dining room (air conditioning) with open kitchen and balcony (sea view) consists of a cozy sofa corner (TV TV), a fully equipped kitchen and a modern dining area. Next door is 1 double bedroom (180 x 200, air conditioning, German TV) with balcony (also sea view), 1 single room (90 x 200, heating) with home office area and a bathroom.

Nice apartment to enjoy Conil, located in the park of atalaya, a privileged area next to the sea. The apartment consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room, two bedrooms and an interior patio where you can hang out and other suitcases. Additionally, the apartment has an outdoor terrace overlooking the sea with an area where you can have lunch or dinner and another area, with hammocks and umbrellas, where you can sunbathe quietly.

Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place to stay. Tastefully decorated, practically everything brand new , with all the necessary features to spend a fantastic vacation by the sea . Quiet area, well connected to the rest of the village, beaches and coves . You can walk perfectly to downtown, 10 min walk . And on the beach 2 min walk , 200 meters. Easy access and parking for the car . There is also a city bus stop a few meters away

Lovely apartment in a residential complex

Great townhouse located in an excellent private development near the beach and the village. Modern and very bright accommodation, which has been recently built, and is located in one of the best areas to spend your holidays on the coast of Cádiz. The development is fully fenced with automatic access gate, with gardens and children's play area and private parking. It has a community pool open from Easter to the October holiday.
