Vacation rentals with beach access in Playa Fortuna

This was a very beautiful place. Nice view from the balcony. Very clean. They have all the utensils for the outside activities, so no need to buy extra.

This place was beautiful with breathtaking views. The host was really friendly, helpful, he was very polite and made our stay like home. Will definitely recommend this place and will definitely come back.

Wonderful place right by Playa Azul, Luquillo Beach, and 15-20 mins from El Yunque. Very kind host. A great place to stay. Would recommend and consider staying again if in eastern PR. They had everything needed for a pleasant stay - beach chairs/cooler, kitchen utensils, pots/pans. Awesome! Thank you!

Excellent view and good location. Well appointed apartment. Sara and her local property manager were both exceptionally responsive, working together to address a couple hiccups as quickly and effectively as possible. We had a power outage our first night (a regular occurrence here that one must be prepared to accept), and when we went to open a window to get some air in the bedroom, we discovered a dead and very smelly bird in the outer part of the window sill. We alerted Sara about this and her property manager worked diligently to find a handyman (on a Sunday!) to come clean it up for us. We visited El Yunque in the meantime. The handyman was very thorough and then we got power back that evening. But…the outage fried the outdoor compressor for the AC units, so we still had no AC. Since we were only there 2 nights, we just used the oscillating fans that were on hand in the apartment and it was fine for our second night. Sara gave us a small but thoughtful credit for the inconvenience.

We loved our stay here and would definitely come back! It’s a gated apartment complex right on the beach. We had everything we needed at the apartment and Nelmarie and her husband were very responsive and helpful to us. Very close to stores and restaurants down the road, and a bigger, deeper beach with food trucks only a mile away. A very private and quiet area. We have two teenagers and a 1 year old and it was perfect for our baby because the beach right here is super shallow and no waves and she could play right in it. There’s a beach a little walk down with waves if your kids want to play in the waves, or we really loved the $4 beach a mile away to swim deeper in. No waves at all there either. This place is very close to El Yunque rainforest so we easily explored different spots there a lot of our days. Not too far of a drive from the airport or Old San Juan either. We really liked this spot and it’s the best beach area we’ve visited yet. A great East Coast home base!

Beautiful villa with an even more beautiful view! The villa is very spacious and clean! The pool is steps away (and so is the ocean), and we had the pool to ourselves the whole week. We enjoyed walking to the restaurants at the hotel. THE CASINO IS CURRENTLY CLOSED! We were very disappointed to find out it was closed for remodeling. The owner of the villa said he would update his listing since it currently says there is a casino on site. We hope to return once the casino is open.

Natalia’s place was just as it looked in pictures, beautiful! Very clean, stylish, bathroom stocked well, private with wonderful pool and the location was amazing! The place was directly across the street from the beach, great restaurants within 5 minute walk (one right next door). Natalia was very accommodating, she let us have a later check out which we really appreciated. We got to meet Sean on our way out, very friendly and nice to chat with. We enjoyed our time at Natalia’s place very much! Easy, comfortable and accessible! Thank you for a wonderful stay! Looking forward to visiting again!

This property was beautiful! Looked just like the description. Upon arrival, the apartment was spotless and there were no issues with checking-in. There are a few restaurants that are in walking distance, but otherwise, you need a rental. I would absolutely stay here again! The locals are so friendly and welcoming. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful place!

This was such a beautiful home, with a lot to do with your family. We enjoyed barbecuing by the pool, as well as the surrounding attractions- luquillo beach and el yunque among them! This place is in the center of some beautiful attractions. We also lost power twice during our stay, but the generator kicked right in & we were not affected. I was so happy about this, as I was traveling with my toddler, who would have been uncomfortable in the heat. José was also a very attentive host. We loved this place and would definitely come again! Definitely a great place to stay!

For a one night impromptus stay it was pretty good.

Really enjoyed staying at this home. Very quiet neighborhood yet minutes from the beach and many restaurants. Would stay here again.

We had two families stay at the Happy Yellow Beach House and we loved every minute! Accessing the beach was a short walk down a lovely path, the pool and hot tub were so much fun and the house was comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with all the basic essentials and we had plenty of towels. It was so convenient to be able to do laundry as well. We loved the bakery and new restaurant at the end of the street and went to the Luquillo Kiosks a few times - it was a great location - easy travel from San Juan! Manny was an excellent host and took care of all our needs, provided recommendations for restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Thank you for a wonderful visit and sharing your piece of PR heaven with us!

Beautiful, spacious house

This was our second time staying at Dianne’s and we enjoyed our stay just as much if not even more this time because the area was more familiar and we explored the neighborhood way more this time. The area is extremely walkable, just outside the secured residential area you can walk to the downtown Luquillo area within about 5 min or in the opposite direction to the kiosks in about the same distance. Lots of really cute and delicious restaurants in the area, we went to Simple Food for brunch a couple times and Sama for dinner twice, it was so good! The big grocery store is literally a 2 min drive away. In addition to its great location, Dianne’s home is a peaceful retreat in a really quiet neighborhood with residential access to the beach, like a 2 min walk through the neighborhood straight there. We really enjoyed having our coffee in the morning on the back patio and watching the birds. The beds are comfy and the rooms clean and love the personal touch of the artwork in all the rooms

Zuleyka’s home is a gem. It’s very conveniently located and has everything you would ever need for your stay. I cannot recommend this home enough.

Had an amazing stay! The location couldn’t be better — it’s right by the kiosk that has everything you need, from great food and drinks to a lively atmosphere. One of the highlights for me was the pool table right next door — I love playing pool, so that was a great surprise. It’s also super close to everything in Luquillo, which made exploring the area really convenient. The host was fantastic — friendly, responsive, and made sure everything was perfect. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

This airbnb is exceptional. It has above and beyond amenities/stock like tin foil, sunscreen, beach towels, umbrella, beach game. Additionally- the views are wonderful, the ac works and the bed is comfy! Literally my only note for the whole place is that the pillows are intensely stuffed and for someone with neck problems this posed a difficulty for me- this is minor, but just wanted to note it. I hope to stay here again! I read reviews that said grocery store, etc was walkable and while this is true- I thought it would be helpful to know that the grocery and walgreens are across a pretty busy highway like road- so we drove even though it is right across the street. Luquillo which is walkable (by beach or street) or a short drive had restaurants, coffeeshops, breakfast, etc.

The views and place is amazing. Looks just like the pictures! The bed is so comfortable and the space was very clean. Location is near great restaurants and activities.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ First Airbnb Review—It Set the Bar HIGH! This Airbnb completely exceeded my expectations! The space was not only clean, comfortable, and exactly as pictured, but it also had some hidden features that truly made the experience special. From amenities, every detail felt intentional and added to the comfort of the stay. What really stood out was the location. I didn’t have a rental car, but I didn’t need one — everything I could possibly want was within walking distance! There were great local restaurants, a convenience store with a bar up front (yes, you read that right!), and everything felt incredibly accessible. It was the perfect spot to enjoy Puerto Rico outside of the San Juan area. The host was amazing — super attentive and proactive in making sure I had everything I needed. You can really tell Ralph cares about your experience and and goes the extra mile to make it feel like home. If I’m ever back on this side of Puerto Rico, I’m 100% booking again. A total gem.

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy, clean Airbnb that’s perfectly suited for two adults and a toddler. The space was just the right size for us, and the highlight was definitely the stunning views of the beach from the spacious balcony—such a special touch! The location is fantastic: just a short walk/drive to great restaurants, grocery stores, and with super easy beach access. The swimming pool was an added bonus, and the property even had beach essentials, which made our trips to the beaches even more convenient. Ida was truly exceptional—she genuinely wanted us to enjoy our vacation and went out of her way to make sure we had a great time. She even called to check in on us during our stay and provided helpful suggestions for local beaches and restaurants. We felt so welcomed and cared for throughout our stay. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a beach getaway!

John’s condo was fantastic. We stayed with our 1.5 year old. They had a pack and play with a mattress. The space was clean and spacious. The beach amenities were so helpful. There were chairs, an umbrella, beach towels, kids toys, floats, boogie boards and coolers. The condo was also well stocked with toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo/conditioner and all of the cooking essentials— including a good nonstick frying pan! Laundry was easy and necessary on a beach trip. AC and fans worked great. I’m really glad we stayed in Luquillo for most of our trip instead of San Juan. We did surf lessons at playa la pared, ate at the kiosks, a beach day in the clam waters of Luquillo beach and a hike at El Yunque. Johns’s condo was a perfect location.
