Si può godere con serenità la vita locale e nel residence c’è la piscina per gli ospiti. Dal terrazzo hai una splendida vista sul mare dove rilassarsi e godersi le luci del tramonto. Appartamento molto tranquillo, ubicato nella zona alta di Playa del Cura ma con facile accesso pedonale alla zona della spiaggia. Ampio terrazzo con sole al pomeriggio, perfetto per pranzi all'aperto, con magnifica vista sulla baia. Accesso gratuito alla piscina condominiale. Vicino a supermercati, ristoranti e a tutti i servizi utili. Davanti al complesso c’è un parcheggio gratuito. Non adatto a utenti su sedia a rotelle in quanto sono presenti delle barriere architettoniche.
