The enclave is unique, the direct beach access from the complex itself will bring you closer to contact with nature. The 50-meter apartment is distributed in two bedrooms, living room-kitchen, full bathroom and two terraces. The master bedroom has two single beds of 1.05 by 2 m., has a wardrobe, shoe rack and chest of drawers. It gives access to a small terrace. The second bedroom has a double bed of 1.50 by 2 meters and a desk from where you can see while resting the pool and solarium area. The living room has a four-seater sofa convertible into a 1.50 by 2m bed, 32-inch TV with smart TV. Access to the terrace from the living room where you can enjoy stunning sunrises and from not only can you see the sea but also listen to it. The kitchen is fully equipped with combi fridge, four-burner induction hob, microwave, and small appliances such as juicer, blender, toaster, kettle, grill iron, and cookware. The bathroom has a large shower tray and washing machine. You can also use the community dryer through a modest price. The complex has two swimming pools, one for adults with four jacuzzi hammocks inside and another small one for children with all security systems, it also has toilets in the pool. On the other hand, the mild climate and the pleasant temperature of the bathing water (between 18 degrees in the winter months and 22 in the rest of the year) allows the beaches to be enjoyed all year round. The sports offer of Gran Canaria is closely linked to the mildness of its climate, lacking extreme temperatures and allowing the practice of almost any outdoor sport throughout the year (golf, tennis, paddle, sailing, windsurfing…) And for nature lovers the island offers a natural environment of hundreds of endemic and unique species in the world making it worthy of the qualification of “miniature continent”. Gran Canaria, internationally known as the island of eternal spring, has countless natural riches that make it the perfect destination for health care. A 10-minute walk from the apartment you will find the Thalassotherapy centers of the Orquídea and Gloria Palace Hotels located in Bahía Feliz and San Agustín respectively. Our 45-METER apartment is our particular paradise and is located on the banks of Eagle Beach in a friendly neighborhood complex. It has 1 bedroom with double bed, children's bedroom with bunk beds , living room- kitchen with sofa bed where two children can sleep or 1adulto. washer-dryer. wifi and TV. Common pool and solarium renovated in 2024 from where you have an incredible view of the sea. Enjoy the sound of waves and sunrise from our terrace.

The apartment is located in a luxurious seafront resort with fenced and video surveillance. It has a garden and terrace. Available to guests is a large swimming pool with hydromassage beds, a large solarium with deck chairs and umbrellas. The complex has a laundry room for a fee. Nearby there are two grocery stores and some restaurants and free parking, taxis, buses. Languages: Italian, French, Spanish, English.
