Beautiful 1 bedroom rooftop apartment at Mogan Beach, next to the “little Venice Habour”. This 1 bedroom apartment have been completely renovated, to todays standards, has WIFI and airconditioning. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor, but you can access it with the elevator. Its has a bathroom with shower, 1 bedroom with two single beds that are put together ( but can be separated if wished) a small but complete and functional kitchen. New!!! Possibility to rent parking on a weekly base.

A private jacuzzi is shown on the terrace, with two flutes of champagne and a small plate of snacks arranged on the edge. Sun loungers with striped fabric are positioned nearby, surrounded by vibrant greenery under a clear blue sky.

El apartamento ha sido decorado con el más mínimo detalle, con un alto nivel, para que se sientan como en casa. Las vistas al pueblo de pescadores, el jacuzzi ,la terraza única y las diferentes estancias del lugar hacen de él un apartamento exclusivo en la zona.

The Finca on 600 m is situated alone in the mountains, 8 km from the beach and 2 km from the village. The access is a dirt road of 350 m which might be a bit difficult for some drivers, but you can leave the car at the entrance and we transport the luggage. Enjoy nature and silence! We grow fruit trees and herbs for our own consumption, all organic and produce our energy with sun and wind.

Disfruta de la sencillez de este alojamiento tranquilo y céntrico. Este alojamiento tiene una ubicación estratégica: ¡será muy fácil planear tu visita! Nuestra casa está muy cerca de la plaza principal de Playa de Mogán. Al principio de la subida de Calle La Corriente, muy cerca de la farmacia. Gracias a su posición podrás ir a la playa caminando, ya que está muy cerca!
