I had an incredible stay at Yolanda’s Airbnb in Sosua! From the moment I arrived, Yolanda and her son made sure I felt at home. They were super welcoming, helpful, and always available if I needed anything. The place itself was clean, comfortable, and in a great location—perfect for enjoying everything Sosua has to offer. A special shoutout to Yoisy, the maid, who kept everything spotless and made my stay even more enjoyable. Her attention to detail and friendly attitude really stood out. If you’re looking for a stress-free and comfortable stay in Sosua with amazing hospitality, this is the spot! I’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend!

This place was awesome. Very close to local shops and other beaches, but why would you need another beach when the property has privet beach.

I cant say enough great things about our recent stay in Sosua at Palm Villa . It was beyond what i was expecting . The Villa was great and equipped with absolutely everything you would ever need and if it wasn't , Lee Anne and her team were able to assist , and help get you what ever it was that you were missing . Lee Anne and her team including cleaning staff were very friendly and attentive . Making sure every step of the way that your stay was going to be amazing . They hooked us up with a local driver during our stay that got us to where we needed to be everyday even if it was just to get groceries and we cant forget our amazing meals that we had cooked for us right in our Villa absolutely amazing 10/10 !!!! Thank you Chef Rosi , Lee Anne , Even and Crew :) You were all OUTSTANDING !!!! I cant wait to come back , hopefully becomes an annual Vacation

The house is stunning, and the neighborhood is equally lovely. It’s a peaceful and tranquil place, exactly as described. Everything was perfect! The pool was amazing! But when we visited, the tree fence around it wasn’t fully grown yet, so it’s a bit too exposed. It’s a gated community, so only the guards passed by. Alicia Beach 🏖️ was great! It’s about 20-25 minutes from the house by car. There are others, similar distances. There was supermarket delivery and you have a Chef available for a fee. Will most likely be back!

Great place for our weekend getaway. lots to do in a walkable distance. We drove to the central area and parking was not an issue.

Not much to add to the other reviews. The place was amazing,super clean and comfortable and a 2 minute walk to beach which was mostly empty and extremely beautiful.The weather was perfect with strong ocean breeze and the pool was a great addition. The grounds were beautiful and maintained and it’s a little gated community so private and safe. Lastly the hosts were very responsive and flexible and helpful,very relaxed 😎

Everything was great place was cleand and looked just like the pictures posted. Donald was very nice and made sure we had everything i needed.

The Airbnb was in a great location. The owner communicated well and supported all my needs. The best part was the convenience of the nearby restaurant, pools, and 24-hour security. I highly recommend it—10/10.

Jimmy's place is located exactly where the pictures reflect it's location. It is directly in front of the popular tourist Puerto Plata sign, facing the ocean. I enjoyed the beautiful ocean views from the enclosed patio, which allowed us to people watch, as all the tourists, motorbikes and other pedestrian traffic travelled through. I felt very safe in the area, as it is near the cruise terminal, local police station, local tourist police, and plenty of cameras. It is within walking distance of their "downtown" area and umbrella street, the Fort, etc. Lots of history in the area. There are plenty of restaurants, local eateries, and a 'Walmart' type store called Sirena (you can buy groceries there as well) within walking distance. Jimmy was a gracious host, very responsive and helpful; providing recommendations to make our stay more comfortable. It was a very spacious apartment with secured entry into the building and into the apartment. At no time did our family feel uncomfortable.

A very clean and lovely Airbnb equipped with everything you need. The beds were extremely comfortable and the bathrooms were spacious. Paolo was also a great host. He was very attentive and made my stay even more enjoyable. I had an amazing vacation.

I don't really write reviews as much as I should since I always go by them. But this was worth a review! I would start off by saying how hesitate I am to book a place, I look at 100 places at a time. But this one caught my eyes and I would say PLEASE DO NOT THINK ABOUT IT!!!! BOOK IT. David was so great, always checking up, it would take him 1 minute to answer lol. The place was so peaceful, beautiful and with a great view! There's so many views which David doesnt have on his pictures, You can sit by the beach, by the beach board, by the pool, by the garden. There's a front security and another one that is always by the poolside so you always feel safe! You can go to cabarete beach to chill for the day you also have Santa Fe that is 5 minute drive or simply stay at the apartment for the day. Right when you come out there's so many restaurants walking distance to your right hand side. with that being said, BOOK IT :)
