Apartmany Peringer - cosy mountain villa

We have transformed this hundred years old, newly renovated house into a comfortable mountain backdrop for ourselves and our guests. The base capacity is 8 people in 4 bedrooms, for additional 2 guests we provide extra beds. Facilities include sauna, ski-room with a hot-air boot dryer and roofed parking space on the property. Privacy is guaranteed by a large fenced garden. Walking distance to restaurants, shops and local ski slopes. Garden Finnish sauna is for an additional fee.

Family-friendly country house with garden

Our house is suitable for families and other groups. Fichtel Mountains, Franconian Forest and Ore Mountains are within easy reach (15-30 min by car). In the garden (closed on three sides, 3700 m²) there is a small campfire area, a grill, a sandbox and, on request, a pool for children. Play material is available for all generations. Horseback riding stables, swimming lakes, climbing forest and jump park are nearby. A car is necessary due to the remote location.

Time out at the lake in a vacation home with hot tub and sauna

Relax in this newly renovated vacation home with a large property, which is within walking distance of the lake. On the first floor, there is a new fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, a bathroom with walk-in shower and a large living room with living area (sleeps 2-3). On the first floor, there are two apartments each with a bathtub, one of them with a kitchen (4/2 people). The hot tub only works at outside temperatures from 15 degrees. Sauna €30.

We offer you on 3 floors 1 main bathroom, 1 guest bathroom, 2 bedrooms (each with a double bed), 1 gallery with 2 sleeping options, spacious kitchen-living room and the impressive living room with open roof structure (further accommodation on the couch, as well as crib on request). Upon arrival, bed linens and hand and shower towels are available. A washing machine and dryer are also available. The covered terrace and garden invite you to linger.
