Vacation rentals with breakfast in Platte County

The house was exactly what this weary traveler needed. Great bed and Spectacular Shower Pressure made for an extra comfortable stay. The snacks and morning coffee you provided were very much appreciated. Don’t be scared off by location of train tracks. Once inside it’s a peaceful home away from home. Bravo 5 Stars.

The rooftop patio and cleanliness of the space is the star of the show here. After a long day of travel, sitting outside and watching the sunset from the patio resets all the batteries. The bathroom is so chic and clean. I took a picture of the tiled floor because I could not get over it. The space, bed linen and bath towels were pristine. The couch looked worn and faded compared to the rest of the space. I did appreciate the clean cushions on the outdoor chairs! There were some sweet and welcoming touches. If you put the address in your gps, it will take you to the front of the house of course. But you need to be at the back of the house, in the alleyway, to find the white box to park in. If our travels take us though Kansas City again, this will be my top choice.

Cute place, many amenities. The garage and massage chair are really nice, as our car contained all of my son's college possessions and 9 hours of driving left us stiff. The bedding is very comfortable and the shower had great pressure. Overall, I cannot think of anything lacking for a comfortable stay.

We had a blast the house was clean and organized, especially the kitchen since the cabinets were labelled.

Ryan’s home was so clean and was very communicative and accommodating for our move!

Place was just as described, Kc was very helpful and was responsive with any of our request. It was a nice walk to the ballpark which is just around the corner. We will book again if in the area

We made memories here that we’ll cherish forever and can’t wait to return. Five stars aren’t enough—this place is a gem!

Adam is an excellent host. He was immediately available whenever I had questions. Note that the laundry is in a basement with a separate entrance that’s not attached the house but otherwise the place is great!

Excellent place to spend the night on our travels through and around Kansas City, but could also have been an excellent place for multiple nights! The best things about Roy and Candy’s place were the very well-stocked and spacious kitchen, and the close proximity to the historic Liberty Square which we enjoyed walking to and around. The chalkboard in the kitchen for messages from guests was a brilliant touch! Thank you!

I would start by saying do not let the outside deter you from staying there. I was skeptical at first but once you enter your room it’s a good experience. The room was clean and I enjoyed my stay there. The host communicated with me to ensure they had a good understanding of my timeline and potential extended.

We enjoyed our 6-night stay at Tammy’s BnB in Basehor. The upstairs home and bakery were lovely and homey. The location was ideal for visiting KU and KC, and the baked goods were delicious. We tried their cinnamon rolls, cookies, blackberry bread and Saturday morning biscuits and gravy - all are highly recommended! Thanks again, Tammy and Annie!

Loved our stay here! Super clean, comfy, and had everything we needed. The place looked just like the photos, and the location was great. Host was easy to reach and really helpful. Would totally stay again!!

Great place that's pet friendly. The apartment was as described with everything we needed. There are neighbors but we never heard a peep from them; very quiet and respectful. Some of the neighbors do seem to be lacking adequate storage as their belongings are being stored outside causing some clutter around the building, but it was no problem and everyone was extremely friendly. We had a great stay with an easy check-in and enjoyed being left alone to relax and visit with friends & family. We hope to be back to Kansas City again soon, and will be looking forward to booking with this host again!!

I have stayed in Kim's apartments several times. I have always enjoyed. Only suggestion, put a brighter lightbulb l above the door that goes into the apartment. We checked in after dark, and it was extremely hard to read the numbers on the keypad. Other than that, it was a very good experience.

This was exactly the place my soul needed. Was here for just a quick overnight getaway with my puppy, and the relaxing and beautiful surroundings were perfect. Noria and Bonnie are delightful hosts and shared of their bountiful garden with me. I’ll definitely be a return guest in the future!!

We had a blast staying with Patricia!! She is an amazing host! She greeted us with tea and biscuits when we arrived and the next morning she served a multiple course breakfast. Her home is beautiful and cozy, complete with some sweet cats. This is a perfect place to stay for a girls weekend or an anniversary get-away. I will definitely book again!

My husband and I really liked our stay. The room was clean and homey. Easy to find, get into the building and room, and quiet. We loved the weekend breakfast. It was delicious and beautifully set up. This is our first bed and breakfast and we would like to do it again. Response time was quick. Recommend this place.

It takes a special person to invite strangers into your home and make them feel right at home! I was grateful for the hospitality and warmth of the place and our host! It is a simple and peaceful place to stay and not too far from the city too! Breakfast that is served is delicious. We enjoyed sitting on the back porch with coffee and granola in the morning light! Would highly recommend!
