A perfect villa for a peaceful getaway in the sun. Lovely outdoor space and comfortable accommodation. It’s a short walk to the shops and about a 20 min walk to the beach and the old town.

Hemos estado muy cómodos, las vistas son mejores que las fotos y la ubicación excelentes, se llega facil, justo lo que buscábamos. La casa está muy bien equipada, no falta detalle.

Estuvimos muy a gusto en este alojamiento. El lugar es acogedor, todo estaba muy limpio y cuidado. Las toallas estaban impecables y con un aroma muy agradable. Además, Teresa tuvo varios detalles, como dejarnos café para los desayunos, estropajo y bayeta nuevos y productos para el cuidado personal como geles, lo cual se agradece mucho. Todo se correspondía perfectamente con lo que indicaba el anuncio. Sin duda, una estancia muy recomendable.

Merci à Antonio pour ce logement ! Il nous a reçu à notre arrivée et nous a tout expliqué clairement. La plage est à 100 mètres, il n'y a que la dune à traverser. L'eau y est chaude, et on trouve facilement de la place pour caser son parasol. La piscine est très grande, et peu fréquentée, c'est très agréable après une journée de plage. La résidence est très bien entretenue, propre et calme. Le logement est bien équipé, propre et fonctionnel. La climatisation est un plus pour un mois d'août à Oliva. Le parking et le local attenant sont aussi les bienvenus pour garer la voiture et ranger les affaires de plage. Nous avons passé un super séjour, et recommandons cette location !

Utrolig dejlig ferie i denne bolig. Alt levede op til billederne - god plads i boligen og fantastisk terrasse med gasgrill, spa, ro og vidunderlig udsigt. Det er helt hypnotiserende at den eneste lyd er bølgerne i bugten og en båd eller jet ski i ny og næ. Poolen er dejlig, opvarmet med solceller og man kan tænde modstrøm til en frisk svømmetur. Der er nogle trin og kanter, man skal være obs på, specielt hvis man har børn med, men vi klarede det fint med en 2-årig og han elskede stedet lige så meget som os. Man kører på smalle veje til huset, som ikke er fodgængervenlige, men en biltur til byen, med alt hvad man behøver tager ikke mere end 5-10 minutter og det fungerer godt med egen garage. Dejlig strand og strandpromenade i Calpe og mange indkøbsmuligheder. En tur til algar vandfaldende og Safari Aitana kan i øvrigt anbefales.

La casa es muy cómoda y acogedora. Está muy bien equipada. Todo estaba muy limpio y ordenado. La playa está al lado y la zona es muy tranquila. Hay un par de restaurantes al lado, farmacia y una tienda. Repetiremos seguro

Small but perfectly formed apartment with a stunning view from the balcony. Right on the front above the promenade makes it easily accessible to many restaurants in the port area. There is free parking close by which makes having a car easy. John was available before and during our stay to answer any questions we had. Would recommend this apartment for couples looking for a space in the centre of Javea port. Great week.

Apartamento muy recomendable y tal cual lo que describe el anuncio. Situado en una zona tranquila y en primera linea de playa. Selene muy atenta con todo y nos ha contestado super rápido!

Heel fijn ruim en licht huis. We hebben er heerlijk genoten met onze twee kinderen, die waren vooral heel blij met het verwarmde zwembad. Moraira is ook een leuke plaats met veel leuke restaurants en twee stranden.

Absolut empfehlenswert!! Wurden sofort herzlich empfangen und alles wurde erklärt. Super schöne Unterkunft in der wir uns sofort wie zuhause gefühlt haben. Alles sehr sauber und schön gestaltet. Check in und Check out waren problemlos. Wir bekamen sogar Tipps wo wir essen gehen können. Ausstattung war perfekt. Man hat alles was man benötigt. Die Besitzerin hat uns auch zur Ankunft Snacks und Getränke besorgt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in der Casa Lola. Cat und Adam haben alles mit sehr viel Liebe eingerichtet. Sogar die wenigen Hausregeln waren kreativ und liebevoll in selbst gemalten Bildern dargestellt. Es war sehr sauber und die Umgebung war wunderschön. Cat und Adam sind sehr freundlich und wenn unser Englisch etwas besser wäre, hätten wir gerne noch mehr mit ihnen gesprochen. Wir können die Casa Lola zu 100% weiterempfehlen und haben nichts zu bemängeln. Wir hoffen, man sieht sich noch ein zweites Mal.

Victor war ein toller Gastgeber, der vor unserer Reise schon Kontakt mit uns aufgenommen und uns die wichtigsten Infos über Anreise, Schlüssel abholen, Unterkunft und Infos über die Gegend versorgt hat. Er war immer schnell erreichbar und hat auf alle Anfragen direkt geantwortet. Sein Apartment war wie beschrieben und auf den Fotos gezeigt. Kleine ausreichende Küche mit direkter Durchreiche zum Wohn/Esszimmer, schöner Balkon und gute Dachterrasse und gute Schlafzimmer. Die Anlage drumherum ist gut, mit viel grün, Pool und direkten Zugang zum Meer Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Vi hadde et meget bra opphold i leiligheten. Vi er veldig fornøyd og kommer gjerne tilbake.

Todo perfecto. David y Marina fueron súper atentos, flexibles y amables. Nos dejaron a disposición la cuna y la trona para la bebé, fueron muy comprensivos con el horario de salida y nos recibieron con una botella de vino como bienvenida. Al llegar, tuvimos un pequeño inconveniente con la ducha, pero ellos fueron muy diligentes. Sin duda, volveremos!

This designer house has a special charm! We enjoyed our morning coffee on the veranda, taking in the stunning views of the garden and the sea. We especially loved the seamless indoor-outdoor living—the connection to the garden and pool area made the entire space feel open and inviting. Even when sitting inside, it felt as we were still part of the outdoors. The host and staff truly enhanced our experience. They were incredibly friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. A small issue with the sink was resolved within a few hours.

Sandra was a wonderful host, from start to finish. The apartment was better than described in a great location and all within walking distance to Calp area. The view from the apartment overlooking the sea and Ifach was superb! Very clean and would certainly use this apartment again if in the Calpe region again. Thanks Sandra!

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt von drei Nächten in der Wohnung von Raul in Xàbia. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld und während unseres Aufenthalts war völlig unkompliziert – wir wurden herzlich empfangen und haben uns von Anfang an wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen entspannten Aufenthalt braucht. Besonders genossen haben wir den schönen Balkon, der dank ausreichend Schatten auch an warmen Tagen ein angenehmer Rückzugsort war. Ein weiteres Highlight waren die beiden Liegestühle, die man bequem mit zum Pool nehmen konnte – eine tolle Ergänzung! Xàbia selbst hat uns absolut begeistert: Der Sandstrand ist traumhaft schön, das Wasser glasklar, und die Strandpromenade bietet viele tolle Lokale mit direktem Blick aufs Meer. Im Juni war der Ort angenehm ruhig und überhaupt nicht überlaufen – perfekt zum Entspannen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank an Raul für die schöne Zeit!

Dorian’s apartment is the perfect place to enjoy a great time off. Every equipment that we needed was already there, such as a coffee machine with some capsules and basic cooking equipment like salt and pepper. We felt at home right away. The view from the balcony is stunning, the promenade and the beach are literally only 10 steps away. We would definitely visit again!

Atvykome ekstremalios situacijos metu (visoje Ispanijoje nebuvo ne tik elektros, bet ir telefono ryšio). Stebuklingu būdu radome šią vietą ir taip pat stebuklingu būdu mums buvo įteikti raktai. Padėjo Rodwy duotos nuorodos, kokiais keliais važiuoti. Vieta puikioje lokacijoje. Esame labai laimingi, nes atostogos buvo puikios.

An absolute gem in the heart of Jávea Port - unbeatable sunrise views to wake up to everyday, and the apartment itself is gorgeous. Located above lots of great restaurants & short walk to supermarkets, however you still feel tucked away in your own little sanctuary. Absolutely loved my stay & will definitely be back ☺️ Inge was a perfect host, as flexible as possible with check in/ check out & very helpful with recommendations - thanks again!

Lovely apartment on the sea front in Altea. Stunning views of the sea and beach area. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay and was decorated beautifully. The balcony was large so we felt we had plenty of room. The location is great, a couple of mins walk to the team and less than 10 mins to the pretty old town. There is parking all along the beach front, you can't guarantee a space right away but we usually found one within a few mins.

Prestation, propreté, qualité des équipements et vue incroyable ! Tout y était pour passer un séjour exceptionnel. Merci également pour votre flexibilité 🙂 Nous reviendrons !

A gorgeous place, with beautiful views looking over the bay. Nice walks around the area, restaurants in walking distance but felt private and relaxed, a lovely choice of beeches. We wish we could’ve stayed longer and really hope to return!
