Really nicely renovated with great ac in every room. Comfortable beds. Smart tv allowed for Netflix use. Location is great, walking distance to everything. View from the balcony is amazing. We were there on a holiday weekend so it was louder late at night (fireworks and partying on the beach and at restaurants along the beach), but used a sound machine on my phone for sleep and was fine. Recommend staying here.

Beautiful spacious home! The owners provide everything you need and more in the rooms, making the stay even more enjoyable. As a person, very sweet kind man who was very responsive and flexible with check in/check out times.

Stefan is a very good responsive host and always ready to help. The accommodation is as described, certainly it is very hot, the fan is not enough but the view is so beautiful (especially in the morning at sunrise) that you quickly forget the heat. Everything is on foot.

Very good stay in the apartment. Conveniently located by the beach, city center nearby. No parking possible on site, but you can park about ten minutes walk from the apartment. Ana Isabel has always responded clearly and promptly to our messages. The apartment is very well equipped for a relaxing week of vacation.

This villa is simply extraordinary, a breathtaking view of Llioret de Mar and the Costa Brava, two very well exposed terraces (with rolling blind for lunch in the shade) and with air, finally a very pleasant pool as well as a sunbathing area (we like the eco-friendly and practical side of artificial grass) and a wide BBQ. The garden is well maintained which does not spoil anything. In addition, the villa is quite old and has a lot of character compared to the concrete blocks that grow around. It's obviously a family home with an authentic decor that's nicer than pure rental accommodations. Finally, a note about Jorge that was absolutely perfect from one end to the other. Thanks again!

We spent a few days in this house. It is large, very well located and the outside with the pool is very pleasant. The person from the agency was available and very responsive. We'll be happy to go back!

The house is amazing, you can spend a whole weekend doing activities and playing games inside the house and you don't run out of them. Perfect to spend a few days with friends or family and disconnect from cell phones. Ana is a very good host, attentive to everything and very friendly!

Absolutely fantastic! This home is more beautiful than the photos, sparkling clean and so peaceful. Jacint, the house manager, was kind and helpful and I can’t say enough good things about the property- likely the best property I have stayed at through AirBnb. We would love to stay here again!

Loris welcomed us very warmly to his charming home. This property has a soul and a lot of charm. Everything is available, there are several spaces to enjoy an aperitif or dinner with friends/family. Very beautiful and very pleasant environment, we loved spending the afternoon by the pool. We'll be happy to go back!

We stayed in this cool apartment mansion for a month. The owners did an incredible job of renovating an old liquor factory. The house is enormous, and like a hidden gem in the middle of the city. Everything in walking distance, short walk to train station and old town, cafes and shops all around. You don't need a car. Big grocery store right next door. It's got city pad vibes, and really luxurious and fun. The downstairs cinema was a huge plus for the kids. Sparkly blue private pool outside. Would love to go back some day! There were a few niggles when we arrived but the management company was extremely helpful and handled everything.

We booked under the old listing with photos before the renovation and were very pleasantly surprised when we arrived in a completely renovated house. You can tell that Véronique is also vacationing in the house with her family. It has a high-quality kitchen, we liked the plancha/grill on the large terrace so much that we didn't even stop by the whole vacation. There is a nice outdoor shower with light that we also used in the evening. Around the house there are various seating options that invite you to relax depending on the position of the sun. Unfortunately, only the newly laid fiber optic Internet did not work. Véronique organized a mobile router as a replacement via the local agency :-) We enjoyed our vacation!

Everything is very good, even better than in the pictures. The rooms are comfortable and spacious to accommodate 3 or 4 people. The living room is large (it would be missing, in my opinion, a low coffee table in front of the sofa in front of the TV). The terrace and table outside are great for breakfast or dinner on the terrace. And the pools are fantastic. Good value for money.

The apartment is very located and fully located. It has a large terrace on the second floor perfect for lunch and dinner. The apartment guy has been very kind and answered any questions at the moment

We had a lovely week at Philippe's apartment. The apartment is very comfortable and we particularly appreciated the equipment that Philipe offers and in particular the fact that each room is air-conditioned which in times of high heat allowed us to sleep well and had the opportunity to cool off. During the stay we had only had adventures but our host was very responsive to resolve issues very quickly. I highly recommend Philippe's apartment and we will be happy to come back.

Olga was very welcoming, very responsive, good advice. The apartment is very clean, with basic necessities (oil, salt, vinegar, household products, etc.) which is very much appreciated. The apartment is in a very good location, close to shops, restaurants, beach... You can do anything on foot. Especially since the apartment has a private covered parking space. Very quiet. Recommended!!
