Die Villa ist echt toll und alles war sehr sauber. Wunderbare Aussicht auf das Meer und den Sonnenaufgang. Die Terasse mit dem Whirlpool und dem beleuchteten Garten ist wunderschön. Ca. 100 Meter durch den Garten ans Meer. Unbedingt Wasserschuhe mitnehmen für den Einstieg ins Meer. Zum schwimmen und schnorcheln ist es wunderbar. Die Kommunikation mit Dimitris war einwandfrei und freundlich, er war sehr hilfsbereit und hat Vorschläge für die Umgebung abgegeben. Wir würden sofort wiederkommen.

Lovely place, very peaceful and private accommodation. 30~ min walk to the nearest beach, Agios Thomas (which was lovely.) Pool was excellent and certainly the highlight. Everything was clean and well maintained. Only notes for future visitors are that: (1) a car is recommended since it’s quite remote, and (2) contact the host before arrival for directions to the accommodation (as google maps led our taxi driver to the wrong entry.) Overall it was excellent!

Villa set in Stunning setting. Very precarious drive to villa. When asked for specific directions and address I did not hear from the host until we arrived at the airport, which was , for me a little frustrating as I like to plan ahead. The host met us at a petrol station near the villa which was fine but I wanted to know this was the plan before hand. Villa was very clean, minimal furniture and barely enough cooking Utensils/cutlery Definitely need a car to access bars , restaurants and beaches. It was very peaceful but I did not know that the villa is infact attached to another , this is still being finished off BUT when it’s occupied it will not have the peace and tranquility you expect . Check before you book to see if you’ll have neighbours. Cleaner didn’t come until day 5 , not enough when you toilet bins need emptying. The pool said it was heated but definitely was not, very cold . Dont leave any doors open as you will be overrun with cats.

Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti dell'appartamento, il patio è davvero molto curato e con vista mare. È situato in una zona molto tranquilla dell'isola, ideale per chi ama la pace, ma da cui con 20 minuti d'auto si possono raggiungere numerose spiagge bellissime. Pavlos e la sua famiglia ci hanno coccolati e fatti sentire come a casa nostra. Se dovessimo decidere di tornare a Kefalonia torneremo sicuramente a Dina's House.

This place was INCREDIBLE. We can't say enough good things about the house and the host. House: The place was immaculate. They've done a beautiful job in the design of the place. There are endless spaces to relax, enjoy the views, and lounge comfortably. The beds and couches were cozy and the views are spectacular. The Location: The house is located on the quieter side of the island and was exactly what we wanted for our relaxing vacation. It was a short drive to half a dozen or more stunning and non-crowded beaches and lots of delicious and charming restaurants. Renting a car is a must and will make exploring the area much easier. The Host: George is the best. He's very responsive and went above and beyond in making our stay comfortable. He even baked us fresh cookies for our arrival. What a gem. From the moment we were met by Paraskevas until we bid a sad farewell, we felt very much at home in this exceptional villa - the perfect place in which to unwind, with comfortable beds, breathtaking views, and so many extra touches provided by our generous host, who takes great pride in maintaining the highest standards. Everything was spotlessly clean, even better than promised in the photos, and the welcome selection of food and drink left in the fridge kept us going for most of our stay. The villa is situated in such a quiet, peaceful spot, and it was hard to tear ourselves away from the incredibly beautiful verandah and pool area. However, this is a great base from which to explore the whole island, and is close to supermarkets and excellent restaurants in Katelios and Lourdas Beach. Paraskevas looked after us so well, providing useful tips about the best places to visit. At the end of the week we were left with some wonderful memories and a feeling that we can’t wait to return.

This place is a paradise on earth. Everything was perfect from the start until the end: the check in and check out was easy, George is an incredible host, very responsive and kind. The place was very clean, it looks even better than the pictures. If you are looking for a relaxing time this is exactly the right place! We will definitely come back!

Wir hatten das große Glück, eine Woche in Kostas’ traumhaftem Beachhaus verbringen zu dürfen und was sollen wir sagen…Es war mehr als ein Aufenthalt, es war ein Ankommen. Kostas ist nicht nur ein Gastgeber, er ist ein Mensch mit Herz , bei dem man vom ersten Moment an spürt, dass es seine Berufung ist, anderen das Leben schöner zu machen. Das Haus selbst lässt keine Wünsche offen . durchdacht, liebevoll ausgestattet, in perfekter Lage. Es fehlt an nichts. Und doch schenkt es so viel: Ruhe, Schönheit, Nähe zur Natur und dieses seltene Gefühl von echtem Zuhause auf Zeit. Wir haben die Insel, das Licht, das Meer und diese Unterkunft in vollen Zügen genossen ..‘eine Woche voller Leichtigkeit, Sonnenstrahlen und dankbarer Stille. Wenn es 10 Sterne gäbe ,wir würden sie vergeben. Und wiederkommen. Ganz sicher.
