We had an amazing time at Metaxenia apartment. Definitely was a good value for the money we have paid for.

Nice flat, good location in Nea Kallikratia. It was very good for family with two kids. Flat is very well equiped with all that you need, kitchen also. AC is also possible but we don’t use it too much. Wifi is very good for greek appartments. Thank you!

Logement très agréable, vaste espace pour toute une famille, bien équipé. Une magnifique terrasse avec vue sur la mer, à réellement 1mn à pied de la plage, et idéalement situé dans Perea ! Je recommande sans hésiter !

Katharina was a very good host, friendly, helpful, and easy to communicate with. The apartment was small but nicely furnished and had everything we needed for our stay. The location is great, very central, so we could easily reach everything. Overall, we were very happy 🙂.

Einfach nur WOW!! Wenn man auf der Suche nach einer spektakulären Wohnung und einer herzlichen Gastgeberin ist, dann ist man dort genau richtig!! Ich habe keine Worte für die Qualitäten von Tina als Gastgeberin!! Und von der Unterkunft ganz zu schweigen.. einfach toll dieser Ausblick!!

Gemütliche Wohnung wie auf den Bildern. Sehr schöner großer Balkon mit elektrischer Markise. Blick über die Stadt. Nicht ganz ruhig, liegt direkt an der Straße. Man hat aber alles in der Nähe und immer etwas zu gucken. Große Küche, in der ich aber einen Wasserkocher und einen Frapeemixer vermisst habe.

Πολυ καλή τοποθεσία και εύκολη πρόσβαση. Καθαρός χορός, φωτεινός και τακτοποιημένος. Ο κύριος Γιώργος πολύ εξυπηρετικός σε ό,τι χρειαστήκαμε και πολύ φιλικός. Σίγουρα θα το ξανά επισκεφτώ! Ευχαριστούμε κύριε Γιώργο! Εις το επανιδείν!

Very comfortable appartemnt, shinny clean, new and had everything we needed for our vacation with our family.

Thank you for everything! Apartment was lovely, clean and spacious. There were everything we needed. Unfortunately the air conditioning didn’t work but the host tried to fix it and fortunately it wasn’t too hot because it was May. The poolarea was awesome! The village was small and quiet, but there were several good restaurants in the center and also by the beach. The beach was nice and the water was very clear. We could definitely come back!

Πρόσφατα έμεινα στο Airbnb του Διονύση στη Γιάννουλη της Λάρισας και η εμπειρία μου ήταν απλά εκπληκτική! Ο Διονύσης, καθηγητής στο επάγγελμα, αποδείχθηκε ένας άψογος οικοδεσπότης. Το διαμέρισμα ήταν πολύ μεγαλύτερο και πιο καθαρό από ό,τι περίμενα. Ήταν εξοπλισμένο με όλες τις ανέσεις που θα μπορούσα να χρειαστώ, και ακόμα περισσότερες! Ο Διονύσης φρόντισε για κάθε λεπτομέρεια, από άνετα κρεβάτια και μαλακά λινάρια μέχρι πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα και Wi-Fi υψηλής ταχύτητας. Η φιλοξενία του Διονύση ήταν αξεπέραστη. Ήταν φιλικός, πρόθυμος και πάντα διαθέσιμος για να απαντήσει σε κάθε μου ερώτηση ή να μου δώσει συμβουλές για την περιοχή. Χωρίς υπερβολή, μπορώ να πω ότι η διαμονή μου στο Airbnb του Διονύση ήταν η καλύτερη που έχω κάνει ποτέ. Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα σε όποιον ψάχνει ένα άνετο, καθαρό και φιλόξενο μέρος να μείνει στη Λάρισα.

We hebben een geweldige tijd gehad in dit huis. Alles was perfect en het zwembad is echt fantastisch. Zef en Anastasiia waren perfecte hosts. We raden dit huis aan iedereen aan!!

Recomand cu mara încredere pe Yannis, care a făcut să ne simțim foarte bine. Am inchiriat o casa potrivită pentru două familii cu copii mari. Locația arata ca in descriere, casa este dotată cu tot ce-i precizat si pe site, in plus gazda ne-a oferit numeroase informații despre plaje, magazine, locuri unde putem servi masa, atractii turistice , etc. Este o zona liniștită la 5 minute de plajă. Cu adevărat Yannis este o super gazdă! Știu că abia am plecat dar suntem nerăbdători să revenim.

Dear future travelers I had the privilege of staying at Yanis' wonderful Airbnb in Makrinitza Village during a massive thunderstorm in Greece, and I couldn't have asked for a better host. Yanis truly went above and beyond to ensure our safety and comfort during those challenging days. Not only did Yanis provide us with essential supplies like food, water, and gas when we were stranded, but he also made us feel secure in potentially dangerous situation. His warm hospitality and genuine concern for our well-being were truly remarkable. The house itself was a gem. Spacious enough to comfortably accommodate our group of nine people, it offered breathtaking views of the city of Volos. Even amidst the storm, the scenery was awe-inspiring. Φιλόξενοι, φιλότιμοι και ευγενικοί. Άψογοι οικοδεσπότες και εξίσου άψογο το σπίτι !!

Kurz und knapp: absolut großartig! Paraskevi und ihr Mann sind wundervolle Gastgeber und quasi das i-Tüpfelchen zur traumschönen und topsauberen Immobilie. Familiär, herzlich, offen wird man hier empfangen und fühlt sich wirklich gleich wie Zuhause. Der Blick vom Balkon ist atemberaubend und lädt zum verweilen ein. Ein sehr schöner Strandabschnitt ist mit dem Auto superschnell erreichbar. Hier gibt es Liegen gegen ein Getränk. Der Weg zur Promenade mit vielen guten Tavernen ist ebenfalls kurz. Ich wäre sehr gerne noch viel länger geblieben. Daher von mir eine absolute Empfehlung und nochmals tausend Dank für die schöne Zeit!

George was exceptionally friendly and highly responsive throughout our stay. The apartment was spacious, well-appointed, and very comfortable. I would strongly recommend it to others. Its central location just a short 5–10 minute walk to the seaside and close to numerous bars and restaurants made it especially convenient. We had a wonderful time!

Πανέμορφος και ζεστός χώρος.Μείναμε απόλυτα ικανοποιημένοι.Το σπίτι πεντακάθαρο.Άπλετο Πάρκιν, ήσυχη γειτονιά,διπλα στο κέντρο που πας με τα πόδια. Θα το ξαναπροτιμήσουμε σίγουρα!

Μείναμε 3 άτομα, το σπίτι πολύ άνετο και καθαρό, ήσυχη πολυκατοικία και περιοχή, το πάρκινγκ εύκολα προσβάσιμο και στεγασμένο. Κοντά στη περιοχή υπάρχει μάρκετ, παιδότοπος, πάρκο και εκκλησία, έχει και κανα δυο καφετέριες. Το σπίτι απέχει 6 λεπτά απο το Πανεπιστήμιο Θεσσαλίας, αυτό ηταν πολύ χρήσιμο. Ο οικοδεσπότης πολύ εξυπηρετικός, μας πρότεινε και μαγαζιά στη Λάρισα και μας βοήθησε σε ότι χρειαστήκαμε. Στο σπίτι υπάρχει νετφλιξ που μπορούσαμε να χρησιμοποιήσουμε. Γενικά όλα ήταν ευχάριστα και νιώσαμε σαν στο σπίτι μας, θα το ξαναπρπτιμήσουμε!

Ευχαριστούμε πολύ για την άψογη φιλοξενία. Το σπίτι ήταν μοντέρνο, λειτουργικό, άνετο, καθαρό. Με όλες τις ανέσεις. Σε ήσυχη περιοχή, πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο, κινουμασταν με τα πόδια. Η ιδιοκτήτρια πολύ επικοινωνιακη κ φιλική με εξαιρετικό γούστο. Δυστυχώς η παραμονή μας ήταν μικρή αλλά εξαιρετική. Κ η πόλη σας υπέροχη.

Επισκεφτήκαμε τον βόλο με την οικογένεια μου για τις διακοπές του Πάσχα.Το διαμέρισμα ήταν στο κέντρο του βόλου κοντά σε καφετέριες με παιδική χαρά και την μικρή μας κόρη.ολα τα είχες κοντά με τα πόδια χωρίς να χρειάζεται αμάξι. Το διαμέρισμα ήταν πλήρως εξοπλισμένο και πολύ καθαρό. Πολύ καλή εξυπηρέτηση.ειχε ησυχία . Αν ξανά επισκεφτούμε το βόλο θα το ξανά προτιμήσουμε
