Welcome in our lovely Austrian chalet! Our authentic home is situated in Bad Kleinkirchheim. This is a renowned spa town with lots of natural fountains. Also, it boasts a wonderful ski area, with over 100km of skislopes (5 min drive). Bad Kleinkirchheim is located in the Austrian Alps in the province Karinthie. This is in the south of Austria, making it the sunniest spot in the Alps! Our house is fully detached and stands in its own garden of 500 m2. You'll have the entire property to yourself!

In the 2-room apartment you will find everything that belongs to a perfect vacation. This tastefully decorated apartment is equipped with every luxury and is an unique location with views of the mountains and the valley. Haus Alpentraum is very centrally located for excursions, city trips, hiking and cycling tours, within 15 minutes of the Ossiachersee and Millstattersee, 2 Thermal Baths and the much-loved Nockalmstrasse. In winter, 10 minutes from the ski slopes of Bad Kleinkirchheim, and within 20 minutes of the Hochrindl, Turracherhöhe, Falkert and Gerlitzen ski areas.

Apartment Gabrijel is situated at a peaceful location in an unspoilt nature, away from the city hustle and bustle. Here, you can enjoy the peace, quiet and fresh air. The Jezernica creek, which flows past the house, creates a pleasant babbling sound. The small kitchen is spacious enough for you to prepare homemade teas and proper Slovenian coffee. Making yourself one of these drinks, you can relax on a lovely terrace with a view of the neighbouring pasture where horses graze.

Small hut at the foot of the Nockberge, on the edge of the village of St. Margarethen and the wild stream of the same name, at about 1,100 meters above sea level! 6 km to Bad Kleinkirchheim, 12 km to Heidi Alm, 15 km to Turracher Höhe. Direct connection to hiking trails! Further considerations: Self-catering cottage - bedding is available - sheets and covers as well as towels must be brought!!! No final cleaning fee is collected, so please leave the property swept clean!

It's me, the Nocksternchen hut

Greetings, I am a rustic hut in a quiet secluded location at 1,250 meters above sea level, surrounded by forest and nature. In a few minutes, you'll be at the Turracher Höhe. In the valley, the thermal baths and the golf course await you. I prefer it when you stay with me and take care of yourself. So – you clean yourself and provide yourself with food, drink and bed linen … I have prepared a list for you. Be so kind and read my special story under "THE ACCOMMODATION."

The Chalet is situated in Carinthia in 1875 meters at the beautiful Falkertsee. The house has four exceptional bedrooms with 12 beds. The location is perfect for hiking or skiing in winter. We have a small fitness library and 4 TV`s for rainy days. The brandnew Outdoor Sauna with panorama view and the 50sq. gym with own shower and toilet. The property consists of a pleasant 2-room apartment with its own kitchen, dining area, bathroom and balcony. The design is rural. A private oven which is operated with wood from the local forests completes the offer. The apartment is only 15 minutes away from the Gerlitzen ski resort. In 20 minutes you can reach the women's downhill skiing in the Bad Kleinkirchheim ski resort or the thermal spas of the surrounding area.

Vacation home in a secluded location and with a great view

The vacation home with garden is in an idyllic location at 845 m above sea level in the municipality of Liebenfels, about 20 km from Klagenfur. From the terrace, you have a beautiful panoramic view of the Karawanken and the entire Glantal. The location is perfect for nature hikes and swimming in surrounding lakes. Some ski resorts are 40-60 minutes by car. The house is about 60 m² and also has a sauna.
