Booked this trip for my sisters birthday and this was honestly one of the best accommodations we’ve had. From customer services at the front desk to the responsiveness of the host we have no complaints! Highly recommend and Will definitely be back

My wife and I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb apartment! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and felt just like home. The bed was super comfortable, the kitchen was fully equipped, and we appreciated the thoughtful touches like fresh towels and toiletries The location was perfect—close to everything we needed to include our families and friends but still peaceful and quiet at night. Communication with the host was smooth and friendly; they were quick to respond and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting the area and would love to stay here again in the future. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Kevin place was great. It was so quiet and peaceful as I needed a goodnight sleep. The apartment had everything. I didn’t really use the kitchen but I saw some utensils there. He was very responsive to all my messages too. I needed a late checkout and he even accommodated that. I was happy with my stay. Definitely will recommend to people.

Amazing views! Excellent amenities! And so much more! From the beautiful decor to the rooftop pool and bar to the short walk a block away from the beach and more restaurants, this place had it all! Totally recommend and will love to stay there on my next trip!

A really great experience. It's a condo in a boutique mid-century low-rise building that has been completely newly renovated from the ground up in a gorgeous modern style. What really stood out was the cleanliness as the unit was absolutely spotless. Floors and countertops so clean you could eat off of them. Came with everything I needed... a big plus was 2 giant TV sets, one in living room and one in bedroom with hundreds and hundreds of channels keeping me well entertained. Living room sofa converts to a full size bed and is really comfortable. Easy self check-in using the keypad. Free parking space out front. Steps to the beach. Beside a grocery store and pharmacy (can walk groceries back home easily as it's next door). Extremely safe and quiet location with no street noise or partying outside whatsoever. Came with everything I needed: hot water kettle, dishes, cutlery, coffee maker, coffee pods, tea, toiletries. Could definitely see myself doing all winter here in the future!

Being a host ourself we can see both standpoints. Chad, is top 3, the best host and home we have stayed in. I spend my birthday here, rented it hours prior to arriving. We had a major switch of plans last minute and Chad was extremely accommodating. Not only did he respond 30 seconds after we messaged, his home was beautiful. When I first got to the place I didn’t think it was going to turn out to be as beautiful as his home was. It is a block away from the beach, he had two beach chairs, beach towels, washcloths, extra blankets, sheets, etc. We didn’t need it but had a vacuum and washer dryer. The views were incredible, relaxing. The parking situation was great, right in front of the home. I went with my one year old son and it was perfect for him. He had anything you could possibly have thought of, he was responsive, communicated how we were doing. I will most definitely be back, wish we could have stayed much longer. El departamento estaba realmente impecable, tal como se ve en las fotos y cumpliendo con todo lo que indicaba la descripción. Desde el armario con los elementos de playa y pileta hasta la cocina muy completa el departamento tiene todo lo necesario para estar muy cómodo, el edificio además cuenta con todas las comodidades como un pequeño supermercado, pileta, etc.

From the moment we checked in it was a great experience. The building was clean and felt secure with consistent security on premise and added security with wristband access to go to correct floor. The beach service was great as well. All of the employees were fantastic. The unit was spotless and the views were breath taking. I would stay again in this unit again in a heartbeat.

Patricia’s place had everything you would need for a great beach stay. She messaged us to let us know the room would be ready early. The view was incredible and the bed was very comfy.

The place was beautiful, clean and comfortable. Everything and more was there for us. We literally didn’t have to think about a thing. They even had a full fridge of refreshments and snacks set out for us. They responded to my messages in seconds and were beyond accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.

Tuvimos una experiencia encantadora con este departamento. El departamento es bellísimo, super bien ubicado, amplio, luminoso, limpio, con todos los elementos necesarios para pasar una excelente semana una familia de 4 personas (de hecho, hasta 6 entran perfectamente). Incluye cochera de muy fácil acceso. El check in y el check out fueron muy fáciles. Palabras aparte para Micaela, Mae & Shai que respondieron inmediatamente a cualquier consulta que tuvimos para hacerles. GRACIAS! Lo disfrutamos muchísimo y, sin ninguna duda, volveremos. Se sintió "home".

Great location and beautiful appartment! The view of the water from the balcony was top notch. The appartment and seperate amenities were all clean and in working order. Highly recommend!

Was the best of both worlds you get a premium room and still get access to the resort and additionally your own more private pool

Nice unit with just enough space. nice view and amenities. Design district has,a lot to do and location makes Miami easy to navigate and get around. Well priced.

Second time staying here with my girlfriend. This was even better since we took advantage of the amenities of Tiffany house. Place is just as picture. Balcony is huge. Everything is nice and modern. 1 block away from the beach. Short walk to bars and restaurants. Will come back again! Only negative is one of the sinks in the bathroom drains slowly, BUT it’s not a big deal since there is a second sink in the bathroom! Finally, host very responsive and accommodating with early check ins and late check outs.

Excellent location. Immaculate. We came out n very late after long flights and the check in was so simple it was a relief. The apt is spacious and the has all conveniences. We were very happy.

I had a fantastic stay at this wonderful home just steps from the beach. The location couldn’t be better—waking up and walking to the ocean in minutes was a dream. The home itself was cozy, well-maintained, and had everything I needed for a relaxing getaway.

Our host was sensational, very responsive. The condo was absolutely beautiful, exactly as described great ocean view. We’re coming back for Thanksgiving. That’s how much we loved it. Thank you again for being such a wonderful host five stars.

Nice beach location with beautiful views from the condo patio. Beach at your footsteps. Super easy to get to. You can rent chairs and umbrella or use chairs and umbrella in condo. Walkable restaurants or a short uber away. Igor is easy to communicate with. Would stay here again.
