Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot in nature on the outskirts of Salzburg. 75 sqm loft apartment built in 2023 on the organic farm "Edtgut" farm! Cozy and modern, newly built! A private sunny roof terrace with 2 sun loungers and a dining table for 4 people! Bathroom with shower, freestanding bathtub, large kitchen island fully equipped, 2.40 m king size bed and a pull-out 1.80 m sofa bed are located in the open living room! The toilet and storage room are separate rooms!

From May to October, the heated indoor pool in the tropical conservatory is inspiring. The barely used side street also offers additional peace. In general, the location is perfect, whether in the city of Salzburg, for a ski tour in Gaißau or for swimming in Lake Fuschlsee.
