Accommodation according to the photos 5 min walk from the beach. Very well equipped and plenty of space. The center is also within walking distance but at least 30 minutes' walk away. Younes is very approachable and always available to help. Thanks to him.

Mr. Abdelghani is a very welcoming person. The apartment is well-equipped, very clean with a view of the pool in a quiet and secure residence. We felt like we were at home. The residence is well positioned not very far from the city center and a few small km from the seaside resort (Marina de Saidia). We are satisfied, and we surely plan to come back next time.

I spent 3 days at this property and it was really a great experience. The apartment was very clean, just like the photos, and everything was well organized. The location is quiet and yet close to public transport and shopping. The host was super friendly and helpful, responded quickly to messages and was always available if you needed anything. I felt very comfortable and enjoyed the time – highly recommended for anyone looking for a nice, quiet place to stay in Germany!

In terms of peace of mind, you're all set. I don't have a vehicle, I walked to the sea admiring the view which is magnificent and to go back up there are minibuses, shops are nearby open until late at night and what reassured me the most is being with a family if you need anything they are on the floor below, the place is safe and well frequented frankly I recommend it 100% 👍🏼

Beautiful villa, huge, in the heart of a perfectly secured residence, with all the amenities so you can dream of having a good stay in Saïdia (large pool in the sun, great veranda, ping pong table, pleasant terrace on the first). Very beautiful and clean rooms, and rest of the house perfectly functional. Two minutes' walk to an almost private beach, very nice to be able to go back to the beach-house, and not very popular, very appreciable when you know the crowded beaches of Saïdia. Yasmine and her mom were perfect and welcoming, very accommodating in terms of schedules. Thank you to them!! Only negative point to note, quite far from the city center, but no problem if you are driving (10 minutes). The advantage is that it is very quiet at night.

We had a great time at this beautiful villa! Very well located, close to the beach and amenities, it is spacious, clean, well-equipped and perfectly suited for holidays with family or friends. The garden and pool offer a real relaxing time. The neighborhood is quiet and secure, which adds real comfort to the stay. Quiet and secure residence with a beautiful pool right in front of the apartment not far from shops and the Marina

Top quality Host and place, had a fully working jacuzzi and pool, actually looked better in person, the villa was really clean with toilets and showers, large tv and outdoor furniture, it was the best choice I made to utilise the sunny weather. All in all a great experience, both the host and security made it well worth it. Will definitely be coming back if im in saidia. Highly recommend!

Apartment as described, good location, comfortable is safe. It lacks basic necessities such as cutlery soap... Overall I recommend the accommodation. The members of the hosting team are very helpful and very professional.. We will be back...

Very clean, nice flat in a quiet neighbourhood (not high season). Beautiful beach is within walking distance, shopping facilities as well. The flat is modernly furnished, with Moroccan flair. Nice kitchen with large fridge, dishwasher, washing machine and hot running water. Shower has good Water pressure and enough warm water. Highly recommended, perfect end to our trip, we hope to come back again. Very Friendly host with easy and punctual check-in. Very nice neighbours. Thank you for having us.

We had a memorable stay! I felt right at home, with all the necessary equipment and not to mention the cleanliness! I was pleasantly surprised by the green and peaceful outdoors with a store located in the complex with everything we needed. Just as advertised, very clean, very safe, perfect location. Simple procedure to get in and out. Zero problem.

The apartment was very clean. Siham is very responsive, with each request she was able to find an answer. We appreciated that there were a few groceries when we arrived in the apartment so that we could eat. The pool is clean and maintained there is a lifeguard who is there all day to monitor the pool. I recommend it 100%.
