In an Alice in Wonderland setting, you will have a separate entrance, a closed bike room, a private terrace and garden, all located at the end of our garden where you will surely meet our three little dachshunds. Studio on the Quai de Caligny on the 1st floor with balcony, very bright. Restaurants are just downstairs. Beautiful harbor views. Naval group 10 minutes away by car. For everyone's safety, we have installed a surveillance camera in the lobby that allows us to monitor comings and goings. You will have tenants above your studio since it is on the 1st floor. There's no elevator and the stairs are narrow.

The charm of the Fountains

Charming 60 m² house with private terrace, fully equipped, part of an old farmhouse dating from 1793, where we also reside. The property is completely independent with independent access. La Maison du Pêcheur: Stunning Views of the Port

Ideally located at the port of Becquet, which was created in the 2nd half of the 18th century to allow the rockfill of the Cherbourg dike, this house was bought by my grandfather in 1937, himself a native of Becquet, and remains our vacation home today. His grandfather was a professional fisherman and sailor on the lifeboat of this small port, which has now become a marina.
