L’emplacement est idéal, calme mais proche de tout. L’hôte était très accueillant et réactif. Je recommande vivement cette location et j’y reviendrai avec plaisir

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely garden flat! The location is amazing – peaceful, safe, and beautifully maintained. My family had such a great time. The kids enjoyed playing tennis and table tennis, going on walks in the area, and spending time in the kids’ zone. The beach being right inside the residence (no road to cross!) was a huge bonus, and we really enjoyed the beachside restaurant. The pool was also lovely and never too crowded, perfect for relaxing. The flat offered great value for money – clean, comfortable, and quiet. Omar is a great host – very helpful and welcoming, always quick to respond. Everything was just so easy and enjoyable. We felt at home from the start and truly appreciated the peaceful environment. We would definitely love to return as soon as we can. Highly recommended for families or anyone looking for a calm and convenient beach getaway!

C’est un véritable coup de cœur ! L’endroit est magnifique propre, confortable, joliment décoré et raffiné. Il se trouve à deux pas de la Corniche et de toutes les commodités essentielles et ce qui rend le séjour exceptionnel, c’est surtout l’hôte il est chaleureux, disponible et bienveillant, il fait vraiment la différence par son professionnalisme Si vous venez à Rabat, c’est l’endroit idéal pour séjourner je recommande avec les yeux fermés.

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in der Wohnung. Wir haben alles vorgefunden wie beschrieben, sauber, super schöne Aussicht und netter Host, der auf Fragen schnell reagiert hat. Praktisch war die Garage mit der wir mit dem Aufzug bequem unsere Wohnung erreichen konnten. Insgesamt 5 Sterne. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

La vue est splendide, l’appartement est cosy, parfait pour se reposer en famille et passer de bons moments près de la plage. Équipe à l’écoute et disponible, je recommande!! Merci

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour en famille dans la maison de Hakima. Cette villa spacieuse, bien équipée est parfaite pour passer un moment sans être trop les uns sur les autres. Nous avons apprécié les différents salons et patios, les salles de bains et toilettes en nombre et la piscine très sympathique pour se rafraîchir ou prendre le soleil. Pour aller à Rabat il faut compter une vingtaine de minutes. Très facile d’y aller avec un chauffeur via l’appli InDrive pour 50 à 80 dirhams (5 à 8 euros) .

Splendid stay, the area is very calm and the villa’s interior design was ideal for both short term and long term. It was also very safe and we didn’t hear any noise all over our stay. Highly recommend.

Maison bien située, mais nuisances extérieures à considérer La maison est idéalement placée, à proximité du bord de mer, ce qui est très agréable pour les promenades. Elle est conforme à la description, propre, bien entretenue et très fonctionnelle. Cependant, certains éléments extérieurs peuvent impacter la qualité du séjour : - La rue d’accès est en très mauvais état, avec de nombreux trous et bosses, ce qui complique la circulation, notamment la nuit ou par temps de pluie. - Un chantier se trouve juste en face, générant des nuisances sonores tout au long de la journée, y compris le samedi, ce qui réduit la tranquillité et l’usage des espaces extérieurs. - La présence de chiens errants dans la rue peut aussi poser problème. Il est préférable de rester prudent lors des sorties, notamment en se munissant de pierres ou d’un bâton pour les éloigner si besoin. Leurs aboiements et bagarres nocturnes peuvent créer un sentiment d’insécurité. Un logement à recommander en connaissance de cause

Nous avons passé un excellent sejour! La maison est magnifique, tres bien décorée et très propre, en plus entièrement équipée de tout ce dont on pourrait avoir besoin ! La vue sur mer est a couper le souffle, de plus Amal est d’une grande gentillesse ! Je la remercie encore ! Nous espérons revenir tres prochainement!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement. Il est confortable, propre et très bien équipé, son emplacement est idéal (nouveau quartier entre Casablanca et Mohamedia) et nous avons été agréablement surpris par le calme. L'hôte était toujours disponible pour répondre à nos questions. Hautement recommandé.

Great beautiful residence, brand new , very clean, nice pools, very close to the ocean and restaurants, shopping. The apartment very very nice and clean, very well equipped , clean sheets and brand new clean towels. Sabrina is the best host I ever met here in Morocco, very kind, respectful, friendly, she responded all my requests, regarding early check in , and about everything. I wish I could put more than 5 stars!!! Thank you very much for everything! If I am ever back here , this is the only apartment I want to stay!

Unforgettable! Breathtaking view of the ocean. 10/10. This was a stay my family will never forget and Sahar was the best host. always accommodating and ready to help. I booked this place for my mother, uncle and sister and they loved it. i stayed there too. It is a beautiful modern home with everything you need. Even had ear plugs in the cupboard (in case you can't sleep or need silence) and many welcome treats. the host always went above and beyond. and the price was very reasonable. overall a unforgettable experience. the surrounding area is very beautiful and family friendly. but the view on the roof is the outstanding feature. to drink moroccan tea whilst looking at the ocean. BEAUTIFUL! thank you sahar for showing us what true moroccan hospitality looks like.

Tout s’est super bien passé. La communication avec Ikrame a été très fluide et l’appartement dans lequel on a séjourné correspond parfaitement à l’annonce. Je vous recommande vivement de choisir cet appartement si jamais vous avez le choix entre plusieurs options, vous ne serez pas déçu.

We had a fantastic weekend stay at this apartment. It was impeccably clean, very comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The balcony with its stunning view was definitely a highlight. The location is excellent — just a short walk from the beach, yet peaceful and quiet. We truly enjoyed our time here and will not hesitate to book again in the future. Highly recommended!
