Bonjour, je recommande cet appartement qui correspond bien à l'annonce. L'hôte répond très rapidement à toutes demande. C'est très propre.

Tolle Wohnung in einer atemberaubend schönen Gegend. Direkt nebenan ist ein Lebensmittelladen und Pilar und Dani waren stets für unsere Bedürfnisse erreichbar. Riesige Dusche im Untergeschoss, grosse Küche und toll eingerichtet. Ein Schmuckstück!

Great hosts! We loved the location and had an amazing time in Madrid. Apartment is in ideal location for exploring Madrid. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for a nice stay. Beds were comfortable.

Estancia y anfitrión muy agradables. Habían muchas cosas de cortesía como desayuno, hielos, infusiones, etc. Volvería sin ninguna duda. Por poner una pega al ser un bajo a la mínima miga de comida que se caía al suelo aparecía alguna hormiga pero nada preocupante.

We enjoyed the neighborhood…residential area (so we felt part of the neighborhood) and in easy walking distance to grocery stores, bars, restaurants, fun shops, coffee bars, many museums, the Royal Conservatory of Music (free student performances!).

David’s place was great — very clean and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. Groceries were just a block away, with a bus stop nearby. David was very communicative and always responded promptly to any questions. Overall, a fantastic experience.

Es un alojamiento muy recomendable y muy bien comunicado, con paradas de autobuses muy cercanas. Dispone de todo lo necesario para una estancia muy agradable. Sin duda, lo mejor, el anfitrión, muy amable y muy fácil y rápida comunicación con él, además nos dejó muchas instrucciones tanto de transporte como de fiestas de interés. Relación calidad, ubicación y precio perfecta.

Un excelente lugar, sin dudas de los mejores lugares en donde he podido quedarme. Se nota cuando una persona quiere hacer las cosas bien. El lugar increíble a 3 cuadras del metro y a 10 14 minutos del centro. El departamento bonito, muy moderno, limpio, nos dieron unas gaseosas y café de cortesía, algo que no habíamos tenido anteriormente. El lugar es perfecto para viajeros. Si vas 1, 10 o 20 días es un lugar magnífico. Realmente lo recomiendo al 100% y volvería a quedarme sin duda alguna. Puntaje 100/10

To clarify some questions that I had myself before arriving to the apartment: * I have been living in this flat for 3 months and I haven’t seen a cockroach. Just in case, Jonathan took the complaints serious and set up some traps in the flat. * Yes, there is no service inside of the apartment, but the wifi works perfectly! * There is not that much natural light, but that somehow also makes the flat very cozy (as the description says) * It is located very centrally, even though it might not look like that on Maps. Since the apartment is in the ground floor, the air is a bit humid inside. Opening the windows a lot helps, and there were also some dehumidifiers set up, which made it better too. As for Jonathan as a host, he does his “job” perfectly! He was always available and answered within a couple of minutes. Whenever I had a problem, he stopped by and helped me as soon as he could. All in all, I think there is no better place to stay in Madrid, especially for that price!

incroyable logement ... une parenthèse paisible, paradisiaque et surtout reposante. aucun bruit la nuit, aucune lumière, on se réveille avec le son des oiseaux nous voulions visiter les alentours et finalement nous nous sommes sentis si bien que nous avons changé nos plans et nous sommes restés à la ferme pour profiter du cadre. nous sommes partis à contre cœur. le logement est spacieux , agréable et propre les hôtes sont accueillants et disponibles. Alberto nous a conseillé un restau délicieux dans le centre ville. je ne peux que vous recommander ce logement et nous espérons vivement pouvoir y retourner

De communicatie met Sergio verliep vlot en efficiënt. Zowel voor, tijdens als na ons verblijf. Het huis was zeer netjes en volledig uitgerust. Door de ligging is een auto wel aangewezen, bijvoorbeeld voor boodschappen, maar Sergio had dit op voorhand duidelijk gecommuniceerd. Kortom: een aanrader!

We stayed at Juan’s place for over 10 days and rented two units to celebrate our daughter’s wedding. Both units were on first floor and ours had a beautiful garden. Perfect for 2 adults and maybe a kid. Clean, spacious and within walking distance to great restaurants, grocery stores, Alcala street, metro and bus stops. Juan was very friendly and responsive. The AC was great since it was very hot outside. Also, very convenient laundry room in the common area. Our only complain is the very poor internet service. We had to use our data almost every day while being inside the apartment. Although Juan indicated new internet was going to be installed we experienced the problem until we left.

local a 25 min do centro. casa super arrumada, boa tv, bons colchões. Juan foi sempre muito simpático e prestável. Recomendo bastante 👌

This lovely house is very clean and gives you a comforting sense of being at home. There is plenty of space, making it ideal for a large family or group. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe, and it's conveniently located close to the city center and the airport. I highly recommend it. Nacho, the host, is incredibly helpful and accommodating.

Un appartamento perfetto, con tutto il necessario per soggiornare a Madrid. La stazione della metro è molto vicina e ci sono alimentari, bar e ristoranti a pochi passi. Da apprezzare anche il parco bellissimo con pista ciclabile, illuminato anche di notte. Disponibilità impeccabile degli host. Se torno a Madrid, sicuramente sceglierei nuovamente questo alloggio.

This was our second time staying at Maria’s place; the first was made by my wife. And there’ll be more stays in the future. Maria is just the nicest host & we always feel immediately at home in her lovely apartment. So did our cat, who loved sleeping outside in the balcony garden We had more time to explore the area this time. Found Dot Cafe Bar a minute away whereas a 4 minute walk takes you to Nuo Sushi & Ramen 4 minutes . A 15 minute walk will get you to K Store on Embajadores, a modern Asian supermarket with a huge selection, in case you are hankering after ramen. Highly recommended place and neighborhood.

What a great place! We stayed for a month while learning Spanish and could not have been happier. Great location, in the heart of La Latina, easy to walk to all the major sights. Quiet and the air conditioner works really great. Rebecca and Victor have done everything to make a long stay really comfortable. The bedroom has really nice his-and-her wardrobes with ample space (and hangers) for holding all your clothes and even a jewelry tray! Then, there are the two bathrooms. One has a rain shower and the other has a regular shower so you can take your pick. The primary bathroom also has plenty of storage in drawers below the double sink so that you don't have to clutter the counter. And the water pressure is great. The kitchen is well-equipped and the fridge is big enough to store plenty of food. The stovetop works well. There is a washer that also dries your clothes (although it does take a while....) All in all, a fabulous stay!

Nous avons passé un super séjour chez Laura et Daniel à Paracuellos, tout près de Madrid. L’appartement était top : propre, confortable et très bien situé. Grâce aux transports en commun, il était très facile de rejoindre le centre de Madrid sans voiture. Le 28 avril, une panne d’électricité massive a touché l’Espagne et le Portugal. Malgré cela, Laura et Daniel ont été incroyablement attentionnés : ils nous ont fourni des lampes portatives et ont pris régulièrement de nos nouvelles pour s’assurer que tout allait bien. Le fait que Laura parle couramment le français a grandement facilité la communication et a été d’une aide précieuse. Nous recommandons vivement cet hébergement pour son confort, son emplacement idéal et surtout pour l’hospitalité exceptionnelle de Laura et Daniel.

Awesome host and unit. Sufa was always quick to answer my queries and very accommodating with checking in. Was super sweet to see the fridge stocked up with bread, eggs, and water when I arrived..as well as oil and basic cooking supplies. The location was great, not a long walk to the metro station, the walks helped me make room for all the great food Madrid has to offer. I had a great experience visiting Madrid and Sufa’s hospitality was a part of that!

La estancia en el apartamento en Madrid fue excelente! Todo estaba muy limpio, cuidado y bien equipado, perfecto para pasar unos días tranquilos. La ubicación es ideal: hay muchas tiendas, bares y restaurantes cerca, y también está bien conectada con otras zonas de la ciudad. El anfitrión fue muy amable y la comunicación fue impecable. todo se pudo aclarar sin problema. Nos sentimos muy bienvenidos desde el principio. Recomiendo totalmente este apartamento.

Nos sentimos muy cómodos, tanto en el apartamento como en el barrio . Es una de las mejores zonas de Madrid. Y en cuanto a Álvaro y a su mujer, siempre atentos a solucionar cualquier duda que nos surgía . Sin duda, repetiremos!!

Gran apartamento remodelado a nuevo, muy lindo y espacioso. La cama era extremadamente cómoda. La ubicación nos gustó mucho, a 3 paradas de metro de los lugares más turísticos. El barrio es tranquilo, una bocanada de aire luego de estar en lugares repletos de gente en Madrid. Las instrucciones para llegar en metro desde el aerop fueron concisas. Gracias Cristina! Volveremos
