Vacation rentals with a patio in Pinar de Campoverde

Apartamento pequeño pero muy agradable, todo nuevo y limpio, zona muy tranquila, ideal para desconectar.. La anfitriona te explica perfectamente como llegar.

Exactly what we wanted for a relaxed, do nothing type of holiday. Located in a quiet residential area with nothing much to do in the local area. Would suggest that a car is definitely needed but a parking space is provided under the apartment block. Apartment was clean and Bruno was great at communicating. Even checked us in after midnight on a Saturday.

Amazing place to stay, sometimes you look at the photos and think, this place doesn't look that big. This was the complete opposite, the apartment is huge. Two balconies, a roof terrace and a hot tub! The amenities within the secure complex are brilliant, you're within walking distance to at least 3 beaches and good bars and restaurants. Communication with the host is brilliant, Dominik and Magdalena are super responsive and personable. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Appartement is ruim, prachtig en alle voorzieningen zijn aanwezig. Parkeerplaats, handdoeken, toiletartikelen, beddengoed, terrassen met meubilair, prima airco, info in verschillende talen waaronder nederlands en zoveel meer. Ik kan niets bedenken dat beter kon. Appartement zelf ligt in nieuwe urbanisatie waar alles prima in orde lijkt. Communicatie met Pass The Keys® is zéér goed en vlot verlopen. 100% zeker een aanrader!

The apartment and the residence are amazing. The apartment had everything you needed for a holiday. It was very clean and seemed to be brand new. Very nice located and easy access to several pools. The terrace was in cooling shade during the day. Very well maintained residence with very nice pool areas. Supermarket just outside the residence and walking distance to both Zenia Boulevard and the beach. Thanks for a great stay in your apartment.

Totalmente recomendable!! la casa es preciosa, con todas las comodidades. Estaba todo reluciente. Cuida todos los detalles, era como estar en casa. Todo con mucho gusto. Y Arjan siempre disponible, atento y con una comunicación rápida. Volveremos sin duda!!!

Villa was absolutely pristine, couldn't fault it. Location was great for our friends, walkable to restaurants etc. Cannot fault Kari she was a joy to deal with and her villa is exceptional. Our flight was delayed by an hour (not our fault) so charged 35 euros to be let in by the management company when an easy "lock box" would have sufficed. We were on an early morning flight home when apparently there would have been another charge however the company produced a "lock box"! However unfortunately did not text the combination so we left the key in the villa and just shut the door.

There are beautiful views from each bedroom and balcony, and we loved walking along the beach every day! Though it was just two of us this trip, this house is definitely big enough to comfortably fit larger families and it is well stocked for a week-long stay. Ceferina was so helpful before the trip with planning, gathering information for us and making suggestions. Her and her husband met us at the door, even though we were late, and showed us around, even walking us down to the local restaurant and introducing and finding out the times they were open! They were very helpful and kind and answered all of our questions. They saw us off our last day and were just as friendly and helpful! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

La maison était incroyable : très propre, parfaitement équipée, avec une superbe piscine. Située dans un quartier résidentiel calme et sécurisé, elle est idéale pour se reposer. Emplacement parfait, à seulement 15 minutes en voiture de Torrevieja, 30 minutes d’Alicante et 1 heure de Benidorm. Très pratique aussi : un supermarché à 1 minute à pied de la maison. Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel. Un grand merci à Lorena pour son accueil chaleureux et sa communication rapide et efficace. Je recommande sans hésiter !

We who stayed in the house are a group of fifteen, two babies, four kids and nine adults. The house suited us extremely well. The location was good, short walk to shops, short walk to beaches and many restaurants nearby. Good rooms and living rooms and a well-equipped kitchen. The pool garden was awesome. The communication with the host was good. I give this house a high recommendation

Raúl is a fantastic host, even before we had arrived he asked us if we needed anything fetching from the shops as we had a late arrival. He was super helpful and friendly and responsive to any questions we had. The house is lovely, spacious and within walking distance to all amenities and the beach! The hot tub is an added bonus and value for money at €60 per week. It was a stressful time for as we had just made the permanent move to Spain but we couldn’t have been made to feel more welcome! Hemos pasado unos días de reencuentro en familia maravillosos ! La casa tiene una ubicación accesible a todo.. tanto en coche como andando !. Es súper cómoda ! Fresca .. con aire acondicionado y ventiladores ! Televisión … equipadisima !. Super limpia ..La piscina con un tamaño perfecto ! La atención de Emilio genial , atento y siempre pendiente .! Sin duda repetiremos .. Muchas gracias Emilio !

Het ontvangst was super gemoedelijk. Duidelijke uitleg over de omgeving. Zelfs aankomst en vertrek tijd waren bespreekbaar. De locatie lag centraal met alles in de nabije buurt aanwezig. Van supermarkt, zwembad, zee, winkels en restaurants. Er stond zelfs een fles wijn klaar bij aankomst. Zeker een aanrader.

Magnifique endroit ! Convivial, on s’y sent comme à la maison ! Plage à proximité et super terrasse pour passer du temps à l’extérieur !

Was a beautiful location, and the pool was wonderful to cool down in the hot days. Mariano was incredibly responsive to messages, and met us at the accomodation to show us around. It was very clean, there were board games, and plenty of space for our group of 5. I would definitely stay here again, but would hire a car to make it easier to visit Murcia or Cartegena.

Location was amazing and I cannot say enough about the apartment. We have a family place close by and would easily book this again and would recommend it to other members. If anything it’s undersold on here and makes a perfect location in Cabo roig/la zenia

Marina’s accommodation was just beautiful inside and outdoors around the complex area,with access to the pools,gym etc it was just what we needed .Lovely surroundings and lots of people coming and going around us but still quite and peaceful.Area itself is lovely and what we needed .supermarket right at your door step and some restaurants etc .shopping centre 10/15 walk away Apartment itself is just lovely and so clean and had all we needed ,your own private balcony and rooftop terrace also ,we could go on and on about the accommodation,area,marina and her daughter just everything was worth the money and we would 100 percent recommend and we will be back c

The apartment met our expectations, and the location was excellent right between the beach and La Zenia Boulevard. Other services were also nearby. The pool area and pool bar were very pleasant. It was a truly lovely and relaxing holiday!

Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommend! I had an absolutely fantastic experience at this Airbnb. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded expectations. The house was close to lidl and mc Donalds. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, providing clear instructions and helpful local recommendations.

Asunto oli puhdas ja siellä oli kaikki tarvittava. Jesus oli hyvin tavoitettavissa ja antoi selkeät ohjeet. Rannalla oli mukava kävellä ja uima-altaalla oli hyvin tilaa.

Laura ist sehr zuverlässig, freundlich und immer erreichbar. Super Kontakt. Schöne Wohnung für 2 Personen. Das Leben hat sich weitgehend auf der Terrasse vor der Wohnung abgespielt. Es war angenehm ruhig in der Anlage. Guter Pool. Vielen Dank für den freundlichen Kontakt. Gruß Peter
