Residence located in the city center, close to bars, restaurants, bakeries, has 3 bedrooms, all three of which will be available for guest use, 1 bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a social bathroom, 1 living room with 1 sofa bed and 1 TV and 1 TV room with LED TV (mattresses can be added), 1 pantry, 1 kitchen and dining room and 1 balcony in addition to 1 full bathroom near this balcony and a garage for 2 cars. The house will be available to guests; it is not a shared space.

Located 7 km from Piumhi, the main house of the JC-Araras farm has 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, kitchen and combined pantry, balcony, with a wood stove and barbecue grill.
