Enjoy this gorgeous view from our 1br,1ba suite on the TN River in the most desired city w/ a beautiful view of the lake from your private guest suite or patio. Take a walk to the pier & sunbathe on the top of our 2 story deck, fish off the dock or bring your boat & tie off. Go kayaking in our kayaks provided to you. If you want a break from the fast-paced life, this place is for you! Our guests love the peacefulness & being centrally-located right down the road from all the best spots in town.

Quiet, Private, Peaceful....Our cabin sits on a small hill and is in a great neighborhood of friendly families. It is located just minutes from Grand Harbor Marina, State Park Marina and Aqua Marina. Plenty of nature to come and enjoy!! We have a fireplace for cozy nights, free wifi, full kitchen, washer/dryer. Keurig for coffee lovers. Wrap around porch for sitting and relaxing after a long day on the water. Private Hot tub for relaxing(Must Sign Waiver). Close to area restaurants and stores.

College View Cottage~UNA is 2 blocks away

College View Cottage newly furnished & painted, hardwood floors & ready for you to enjoy. Has 2 BR, 2 B, 3 rd BR that's setup with a Z-bar, iron & ironing board, blowup twin mattress. 1 BR has it’s own private bath, 2nd B is off the hallway. Walking distance to UNA baseball field, & basketball gyn. This house is strictly for renting and not my personal use & I hope you find it to be welcoming & comfortable! The house is around 10 years old with a double fireplace, one inside and one outside on the porch. Great get-away place for all seasons.
