Nice apartment, quite comfortable, quiet place and very close to the beach, with a nice pool and games for the kids. The apartment is close to craft fairs and food spots. Excellent location, very comfortable and the host was very friendly and helpful, very concerned about everything. Highly recommended!

The apartment is beautiful, just as shown in the photos. The terrace is very spacious and allows you to share and see the beach, a very nice view. The kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms are fully equipped. The environment is super quiet, so you can rest and disconnect. Roberto was very attentive and gave clear instructions about the stay, arrival, access, etc. It's a really cozy place that we would go back to without thinking. 100% recommended.

Maria José's house is excellent. Everything was spotless and nice, just like the photos. The beautiful setting, next to a garden that Maria José personally takes care of. In addition, she is a whole world: friendly, always concerned, which makes the stay very pleasant, always surrounded by her animals that accompany her. Also near Cachagua beach for walking (go and see Las Cujas beach). And in the nearby places, both Cachagua and Zapallar, Lagunita and Maitencillo, there are great restaurants to eat in. Definitely a nice walk that we will repeat.

Francisco was an excellent host. The house is beautiful, impeccable, the same or better than the photos. The house is designed to be with children, everything organized and very clean. There is a playhouse in the yard that my children enjoyed very much. We would definitely come back, it was a super pleasant experience.

An excellent location to spend a few days relaxing and disconnecting. The house is spacious and with everything described. Very friendly and helpful host. There's just a little more maintenance in the house.

Beautiful house and beautiful view. The condominium has guards, which gives you peace of mind. A place to disconnect from the city and spend time with your loved ones. There aren't many places of interest nearby, but the beach is next door and always empty.

The apartment has an unbeatable view, very comfortable. If I had to give any recommendations, I would say that the TV was not very good and that to leave the apartment clean, it is necessary to have utensils for it. But overall everything was great. Highly recommended.

Excellent place, one of my favorites to host in the area

We visited Maitencillo with my sisters in the most serene and beautiful environment we could imagine. The apartment view was incredible, the access to the beach with an elevator and an incredible area for a long walk. Javier was the best host I experienced, he was welcoming and answered all my questions and suggested ideas for restaurants. The place is elegant, comfortable, beautiful, it made our family reunion an unforgettable experience. We visited during the month of June, which is the best time if you are looking for a peaceful and relaxing time.

You can tell that the host, Rodrigo, is concerned that guests have a pleasant stay in the apartment. In addition, communication was very quick and clear.
