Apartment was clean and the staff in the lobby were very friendly and responsive. The immediate vicinity doesn't have much going on, if you're like me and like to walk around, exploring cafes and restaurants. However, it's a short grab ride away from the major areas. Also, the sheets are not changed during cleaning days.

Le logement situé à Thao Dien est parfait pour ceux qui veulent être dans un environnement tranquille et où l’on peut faire beaucoup de choses à pieds. Il y a beaucoup d’expatriés qui y habitent donc il sera facile d’entendre parler français. Le logement dispose d’une salle de sport et d’une piscine, le service est incroyable et tout le monde est super gentil. Concernant le logement il correspond bien aux photos, il est super propre et on dispose de tout. Le ménage est fait 2 fois par semaine, le rêve. Merci à Xu pour sa gentillesse et réactivité.

This was our first time in Vietnam, and staying at Nhat’s place made it such a memorable experience. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel incredibly welcome. He was kind, thoughtful, and always made sure we were comfortable—checking in on us from time to time just to see if we needed anything. The place itself was cozy and clean, exactly what we needed after a long day exploring the city. But what really stood out was Nhat himself. He went out of his way more than once to help us out, and those little gestures meant a lot—especially being in a new country for the first time. It honestly felt like we had a friend looking out for us, not just a host. We’re leaving Ho Chi Minh with full hearts, and we’re so grateful to Nhat for making our first trip to Vietnam feel so warm and easy. Thank you, Nhat! Until next time!

River & City Center View Modern Apartment

We had a great time in Agnes’ condo. She emailed a guidebook of things to do in HCMC after we reserved the property. She was so helpful and friendly. She spoke to our cab driver to ensure proper directions. She and her son met us upon arrival and showed us the condo, pool, gym, neighborhood -all spectacular. The view from the living and master bedroom is unbelievable. The property is spotless. Agnes provided us with bananas, nuts, and bottles of water - much appreciated. Washer and bathtub were nice extras. Huge local market and tons of restaurants close to condo. People remarkably welcoming, all trying to help us with the language and menu. We had a fantastic stay including New Years fireworks from the pool. We highly recommend this property with Agnes as your host.

Sweet studio has balcony&netflix Thảo Điền HCMC

We stayed for 5 nights at this studio in Saigon whilst visiting family and it was very well located to explore Thao Dien and get in to D1. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and check-in was very easy. I would recommend this stay if you’re looking for a quieter district in the city, and if you’re looking to explore Thao Dien in depth (which has great food and coffee!)

Zen Thao Dien - The Serene Outlook Studio

I enjoyed my stay here. The mattresses are really comfy and the bedding is nice and clean. I had a great sleep. There is some difference between the rooms, depending on what your preferences are. The top floors have a better view but are a bit more exposed on hot days. Thao is a very kind and responsive host.
