The apartment is great in terms of a generally nice view of the cityscape and the lights at night with a lot of natural lighting during the day. It felt homely to me. The entrance in terms of the building is slightly sketchy and the lift is questionable BUT getting past that the place is great value for money and a short walk from Ben Than Market. Recommended.

Giang was an amazing host for our stay. From the arrival they were waiting and helped us carrying the luggage, nicely guided us into the room and he did the same for the check out. The location was perfect since it was very close to the center of Q1 but still in a quiet and charming local neighborhood. It is a very local vietnamese style apartment so of course not everything is perfect or luxurious, but since giang was always responsible to help it nothing really bothered us as much. We were there for 1 month and I'd say it's recommended if you're looking to experience a local life in a cozy temporary home during your visit to saigon.

Met expectations, great place to stay for our Vietnam trip

The bed is large, comfortable, and the building is safe

We had zeroed in on Naomi's place based on the online reviews and photographs of her place. And her reviews don't lie, her place was awesome! It was centrally located and easy to reach from the airport. Naomi was very helpful with her inputs and was immediately responsive to our queries and requests. She let us check in early on our request without batting an eyelids, ensuring that our check in was smooth as cheese. And her place was as good as he online photographs, if not better. All the things were in order, the bathrooms were swanky clean and the bedrooms were cosy. We used her utensils to cook some food, which were convenient to find. And the check out too was as comfortable. Overall, it was an unforgettable experience for all us. Three cheers to Naomi!

I had a wonderful stay at this unique and stylish room. The host was incredibly warm and welcoming, making check-in and communication a breeze. The space is impressively smart and well-equipped with modern technology, which added a lot of convenience. While the room is a bit small and doesn’t get much natural light, it’s cozy and thoughtfully designed. Overall, a great experience and I’d definitely recommend it!

Big enough room to sleep 10 easily. Full of nostalgia items decorated all over the place yet well maintained and clean. Anh and Le were responsive and provide help whenever asked of. A quiet area yet within 10 mins walk to the Ben Thanh market. Nice coffee place around the area and convenience stall within 5 mins walk as well. Can also walk to Saigon centre within 15 mins. Recommended!

Vey nice house and I love it

The accommodation was tidy and quiet, so I had a good rest during my stay.

The Host was very nice, helped us check in, and explained the amenities in detail.The accommodation space is large, perfect for large groups, each room has a toilet, no worries about usage.If I come to Ho Chi Minh City again, I will choose to stay here again.

I enjoyed my stay at this bnb. It’s very private, but you can still venture outside and walk around to places. It’s very clean and has a beautiful pool and gym that I hardly saw anyone use. I really enjoyed the stay and would recommend it to others!

We had a wonderful stay at Thuy’s place. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel incredibly welcome and at home. The space was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. What really stood out was Thuy’s warmth and hospitality. she went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and even took the time to chat, which made our experience even more special. Close to the airport, but would not recommend walking from airport to the studio. This suite is a studio style apartment with a bridge, microwave, hotplate, plates and glasses available. The bathroom was clean and had toiletries available. The studio had a a washing machine Hine in the balcony which was very convenient after traveling for several days. Unfortunately, the bed was a hard to sleep in, so if you're used to a pillow top or a comfortable soft/ medium soft bed you will not like this one. Downtown will be a about 20 to 25 mins via Grab and depending on traffic. Over all a good stay and very nice studio.

The apartment corresponds to the description and photos with a beautiful view of the city, there is a large swimming pool, a gym and much more on the territory, the house is located near the city center. There is everything you need nearby, a grocery store, a pharmacy, a massage. The owner of the apartment is very responsive and always in touch, we are very glad that we chose this particular apartment ❤️

Everything was perfect

LinDa apartment was awesome. Super clean, well furnished and interior design. You can well that this apartment was set up as home. Highly recommended. On top of that, the location (District 4) is great, since I just needed to cross the Bridge "Cau Mong" to get to District 1 and this just took me like 10 mins by walking. LinDa is super friendly and helpful as well. I will definitely come back.

It was such a good stay for my little family. Felt like home for us, especially travelling with an infant.
