An’s place was fabulous! Such a great spot in the heart of HCMC. Her communication was fast & reliable & she always answered any questions I had quickly. It was clean & tidy & the pool on the roof was fabulous. Such great views of the city. There was a strong smell upon entering the apartment, which I put down to humidity & being shut up. It seemed to go away rather quickly. It is within walking distance of the Ben Thanh market & there are cafes & restaurants close by. After 4nights, it felt like a home away from home. I would most definitely recommend this place

We were 4 adults and this 02 bedroom apartment was well kept, clean, comfortable and ideally located for us. The place is a short walk to places like War Remnants Museum and accessible to other touristic places. A 24/7 mart at the basement and also a food court makes it quite convenient. All our queries were answered promptly. Some condiments in the kitchen like salt and sugar would be nice. We would definitely visit again.

I stayed with three friends, and the two-bedroom apartment was feel comfortable. The space was clean and airy, so really relaxing. The building has a gym and pool 👍🏻. The host responded quickly and support from check-in to check-out. Overall, a pleasant place for a short stay with a small group.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Naomi’s place. She was kind enough to arrange a car for us upon arrival to the airport. Her place was exactly as described, clean and comfortable. Naomi was very responsive to any of our questions. I’d highly recommend this place!

Host: Extremely responsive and helpful. I even reveved some flowers on International Women's Day which was a lovely touch :). Location: Very close to the airport. New building. High security (everyone needs an access card to access the upper floors). However, it is also close to the Army Theater (totally my fault for not doing enough research) so you would still hear music from your room (8th floor) almost daily. Just an fyi. Room: Clean, cozy, spacious, well organized. All amenities worked great. Overall: good value for a short stay. If your stay is longer than 3-4 days, the taxi cost to get around other parts of the city could add up quickly.

LinDa apartment was awesome. Super clean, well furnished and interior design. You can well that this apartment was set up as home. Highly recommended. On top of that, the location (District 4) is great, since I just needed to cross the Bridge "Cau Mong" to get to District 1 and this just took me like 10 mins by walking. LinDa is super friendly and helpful as well. I will definitely come back.

This is one of the most stylish apartments I have ever stayed in. It was exactly like in the pictures. Stunning city view. Super comfy beds. Great apartment complex in a high end neighborhood. Shane was really friendly and helpful. I totally recommend! And will come back for sure⭐

The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos: clean, well-maintained, and a great value for the money. The highlight is definitely the stunning view of the river right in front, which you can enjoy from the apartment and the rooftop pool. The pool itself is a great bonus, though be aware that it can get crowded with kids in the late afternoon. That said, if you go in the early morning or around noon, you'll likely have it all to yourself. The location is not in the city center, so tourists should note that it’s in District 7, closer to Crescent Mall (which is probably the best place on the whole city to walk around the lake) and more local neighborhoods. It’s a great option if you want to explore a different, more relaxed side of the city beyond the main tourist areas. The host was incredibly friendly, responsive, and spoke perfect English. Check-in and check-out were both smooth and hassle-free. I would absolutely recommend staying here without hesitation!

I’ve stayed with Kenny twice now, and each time has been an outstanding experience. He and his team do a wonderful job hosting — responsive, generous, professional, and incredibly accommodating. Most recently, we requested blackout curtains for the unit, and to our amazement, Kenny had them installed overnight. That level of care and responsiveness is rare and deeply appreciated, especially during busy work trips. I plan to return for all my future business travel to Ho Chi Minh City. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Highly recommend !!!! Host is super friendly and amazing. Very quick response if you need any helps or recommends. The place is very clean and tidy. It’s a breath-taking view from the balcony. I imagined that it is 5-star hotel room when I took my first step into the place. Everything is well decorated. This is my best choice I’ve ever had when choosing a place to stay. Thank Dai for being a great host. Definitely coming back here in the future !!!
