Chromecast and Apple TV 4K are available for your use. - A iMac 22 inch is available for you to search information with the highspeed internet. - The kitchen is fully stocked with coffee, tea and kitchen appliances to allow for home cooked meals with dishes, plates, knives , forks.. - A wash/dry machine also ready. Transportation to my place: - Taxi: from Tan Son Nhat International Airport, you take a taxi to Nguyen Hue Street (downtown district 1, HCM City) and you are 1 minute away from my place. - The Building of " 90 Nguyễn Huệ street " to my place is full of boutique coffee shops and arts galleries. Take your time to enjoy some essences of the city. - Bus: if you consider using public buses, proceed to Bus 109 and arrive at Ben Thanh Station then it’s about 5 minutes walking to my place. All equipment and facilities are provided for your usage. I have been working in F&B industry and a freelance photographer for years in HCM City; thus feel free to talk to me or let’s hang out in a café to discuss about the local cuisines, fine arts, photography in the likely event that you may be interested. Stayed at this Airbnb for the 2nd time. Spacious room in a secure building with a good-sized bed, TV, 2-seater couch and hotel-like bathroom amenities (which was positively surprising). Room was clean at check-in and cleaning was offered every few days, including change of bedsheets. Minh was always responsive and friendly. I booked this room to be close to friends/family in neighbouring districts. For those visiting for the first time and regularly commuting to district 1, note that it takes about 20-30mins by rideshare at a cost of VND80-120k each way. Still, probably worth the money saved on expensive hotels. Will definitely return again.

Đây là 1 trong số căn phòng đẹp và rộng nhất tôi được ở, cảm giác được thư giãn khi ngâm mình trong bồn tắm chill cùng những bản nhạc quen thuộc. Tivi lớn thông minh , tôi đã xem bộ phim hay trên Netflix. Thật độc đáo khi căn phòng có tới 2 ban công, phía trước nhộn nhịp và hữu ích khi có cửa hàng tiện lợi ngay bên đường, tôi đã tận hưởng gió mát khi ngồi ngắm sao ở ban công phía sau. Cuối cùng là nệm cực êm và drap trải giường lụa rất mát , tôi đã có 1 giấc ngủ rất ngon. 1 chút vấn đề khi đi thang bộ nhưng nó rộng rãi và thoáng mát. Khánh đã hỗ trợ tôi mang hành lý lên tận phòng , rất tuyệt vời . Thực sự nhớ căn phòng và mong có dịp sẽ quay lại, rất khuyên dùng.
