Phoenix was wonderful. Any questions we had were answered promptly and the house itself was great. An easy Grab ride to most places you will want to visit in HCMC.

Nice, fairly quiet location. Good view of the city from the floor. Breezy alley. Close to main street so easy to get in and out. Great stay overall

Price was great! Host spoke English over the phone for any issues. Free parking was great~ the room was relatively clean and location is convienent however a bit hard to find as its in an alley~ just look for the phuc long and go into alley. Could have had more amenities like hand soap, hair dryer, toilet paper. Would book again

Lala was responsive and helped us fix any problems as fast as possible. The location was good as well, many restaurants and cafes nearby. As we had a pretty long stay, we were offered weekly cleaning service and that was super helpful.

Great location with many shops around, very close to airport, free swimming pool is a bonus for kid. This is why i keep coming back to the botanica. Host also very responsive and quick to communicate.

Had an amazing stay! Beautiful place and very well located. Host was extremely helpful and responsive at all points and helped with luggage assistance and any other arrangements requested as well. The balcony was a delight and view great! Beds were very comfortable and the place had a beautiful ambiance in general. Bathrooms were properly stocked and clean. Kitchen was functional and added bonus was a fully stocked coffee station! Overall, the place made the stay a great experience.

This was an awesome experience with Annie’s accomodation. She is very kind and responsive, the accomodation was perfect for my needs and very quiet room. The surroundings are a bit busy but that’s what I expected and wanted staying in central D1

I stay at one of Trang’s places every time I visit Saigon. She is very responsive, the locations are excellent, the rooms are clean and spacious.

Wir waren als Familie mit zwei kleinen Kindern bei Sophie. Es war wirklich toll. Wir konnten viel zu Fuß erreichen da das Apartment wirklich zentral liegt und hatten nach einem langen Tag in der Stadt das perfekte Apartment zu entspannen. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war super und sie haben immer sofort reagiert bzw. uns geholfen. Besten Dank für Alles! 5 Sterne

Great location pretty central to all the districts and d1 just across the bridge. Was nice to come back to a quiet area. Host was kind enough to have a storage area for luggages after checking out.

I’ve stayed with Kenny twice now, and each time has been an outstanding experience. He and his team do a wonderful job hosting — responsive, generous, professional, and incredibly accommodating. Most recently, we requested blackout curtains for the unit, and to our amazement, Kenny had them installed overnight. That level of care and responsiveness is rare and deeply appreciated, especially during busy work trips. I plan to return for all my future business travel to Ho Chi Minh City. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
