Villa vacation rentals in Pezë-Helmës

Orange villa is een oase van rust in het gezellige, drukke Tirana. Het is een ruim en comfortabel huis met tuin/terras in een heel rustig buurtje en toch is het centrum van Tirana op loopafstand. Er zijn een paar supermarkten in de buurt voor boodschappen. Idi was erg vriendelijk en zeer behulpzaam! We hebben er zes dagen gezeten en het voelde als thuis. Bij een volgend bezoek aan Tirana boeken we deze accommodatie weer.

Erg fijne vakantie gehad! Prachtig resort. Schoon en modern huis. Zwembad en strand op 3 minuten loop afstand! Zeker een aanrader! Eigenaar heel vriendelijk, reageert snel en probeert overal bij te helpen mocht je vragen hebben!

Super logement, très confortable et agréable. Une petite maison étonnamment calme en pleine ville, et très bien située. Le quartier est très vivant, avec beaucoup de commerces et de restaurants, et pourtant la maison avec sa petite cour est un havre de paix. Le centre ville est facilement accessible en bus (10min) pour 40 lekh. Glejdis et Jenny ont été très accueillants et sympathiques, nous ont fait des recommandations et ont organisé un transport depuis l’aéroport. Bonus pour la literie, ultra-confortable :-). Nous recommandons fortement ce logement!

Güvenlikli bir site olması ve denize 50 metre olması çok güzeldi. Erion çok yardımsever ve güleryüzlüydü. Bize kullanmamız için bir sürü eşya ve mutfak için birşeyler getirdi. Araç park yeri işimizi çok kolaylaştırdı.

Die Unterkunft liegt im Marea Resort und in der Vorsaison ist es richtig ruhig und erholsam. Wir haben unsere Zeit sehr zur Erholung genutzt. Das einzige Manko ist der schmutzige Strand, aber dazu kann Irena nichts.

Gute Ecke in Golem. Gastgeber sehr bodenständig& immer zu erreichen gewesen. Auch bei Krankheit hat er angeboten zu übersetzen für den Arzt. Wohnung war genau so wie auf dem Foto beschrieben.

Enkeleda is a great host. She's easy to communicate with and always responds fast. She provided us with extra towels during our stay and gave suggestions on where to go. The street of the house is calm and is located approximately a 20 minutes walk away from the bigger sights in Tirana. Nice cafés, markets and diverse shops nearby. We appreciated staying with her and the turtles in the garden :)

Wow, what can I say, with accommodation to such a standard I would usually be speechless, but alas, let me think and divulge. Let’s start with the hosts. Always went the extra mile, very hands on sharing local spots, brimming full of advice. Local butchers, with meat from the village. Delicious, finely charred on the BBQ provided in the residence. A plethora of entertainment. Backgammon boards, darts and a fridge full of beers. A wonderful space, perfect for a big group. Have stayed in many an Airbnb, but this by far was one that ticked all the boxes. But most importantly, the host was exceptional, fantastic and tremendous. Thank you so much, you may forget us staying but we’ll never forget you.

Wonderfully relaxing place with nice view to the lake

We had an amazing time staying at this beautiful villa in Vala Mar. The location is perfect – peaceful, secure, and just a short walk from the beach.

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Der Gastgeber war super freundlich, hilfsbereit und stets gut erreichbar. Der Kontakt verlief reibungslos und schnell – auch bei kleinen Reklamationen wurde prompt reagiert. Das Haus entspricht genau der Beschreibung und die Bilder spiegeln die Realität gut wider. Es liegt jedoch recht abgelegen, sodass die Anreise ohne Auto nahezu unmöglich ist. Wer sich für diese Unterkunft entscheidet, sollte auf jeden Fall ein Auto mieten. Ein kleiner Minuspunkt: Die Toilettenschüsseln im Haus waren leider nicht befestigt, was wir dem Gastgeber gemeldet haben. Wir hoffen, dass dies bald behoben wird. Insgesamt aber eine schöne Unterkunft mit tollem Gastgeber – wir können den Aufenthalt weiterempfehlen, wenn man mobil ist.

Kim et son père Ilir sont vraiment très disponible et reactifs à la moindre demande, un gardien à proximité arrive très rapidement lorsque l'on a une demande. je recommande vivement cet endroit.

Als wir angekommen sind war die Unterkunft noch ein wenig dreckig. Nachdem wir den Gastgeber allerdings informiert hatten wurde innerhalb kurzer Zeit eine Putzfrau geschickt und uns wurde ein traditionelles Essen serviert als Entschädigung. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

The villa is beautiful and private! The pool and jacuzzi were excellent, and there are plenty of places to sleep. Gaz was very helpful, and helped to arrange activities for the trip, chefs for the villa and transport for the entire time - it would not have been the same without his efforts!

The house is very beautiful and well equipped. The small inflatable swimming pool in the garden is a pleasure, but nothing beats the sea, only twenty minutes away. There are small mini-markets and fruit and vegetable sellers right next door. The host was quick to respond to our message and reacted immediately to the problem when we arrived. It was a pleasant stay.

Fint sted for de som vil på en familietur med barn, men også for en vennegjeng på party tur. Rolig område med fine strender i nærheten. Deilig pool der man kan avkjøle seg på varme dager. Perfekt med egen bar der man kan bestille eget ølfat. Vi var 6 stykker på tur og alle var fornøyde og kunne reist hit igjen

très bon séjour à golem , plage , commerce et restaurants à pied , la maison est fonctionnelle pour 8 personnes , mais surtout dea est accessible , vraiment sympa et bienveillante ! je recommande la loc ! merci beaucoup emilie

Wir hatten wirklich einen sehr tollen Aufenthalt. Der Pool ist tagsüber bis spät Nachmittag auf der Sonnenseite. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und hatte alles, was man brauchte. Wir hatten schon mit Bauarbeiten außerhalb der Saison gerechnet, deswegen war uns der Lärm klar. Der stand war zu Fuß nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Das einzige was ich „bemängeln“ würde, ist der Standort, der uns genannt wurde um zur Unterkunft am schnellsten zu gelangen. Da hätte ich eher das Hotel genannt, das auch wirklich neben der Unterkunft ist. Wenn man mit schweren Koffern dahin läuft ist es ein ganzes Stück

A really good place to go ! The only trouble is the water pressure that deserves to be upgraded if it's possible. The villa is confortable, perfect for big group ! Take some rental cars to enjoy the country. Special mention for Leonora, she's kind and very helpful. She finds us driver and make some groceries for us before our arrival.
