Comfortable and spacious queen room in a beautiful, roomy (yet cozy!) century home with use of bathroom and kitchenette on same level; down comforter, table, wifi, fridge and toaster oven. We have a parking space as well. It's a 5 min drive to downtown Peterborough. We have one medium sized dog. He is well trained and very friendly. Our home sits on a 2-acre country lot with beautiful gardens, walking trail in the woods, we are located just 1 km from Trent University. Just a short drive to Fleming College, City of Peterborough and the Village of Lakefield. Our home makes the perfect location for visiting family at Trent U, Professor's that need a weekend place to lay their head. Hockey tournaments great for the grandparents or simply a Great Get away to explore Peterborough and the Kawarthas. Come and Enjoy making memories.

The Little Lake House Apartment is a basement unit with separate entrance, one bedroom with queen bed, full kitchen, and a 4 pc. bathroom. Freshly renovated with new floors, tiles and carpet. The living room has a loveseat and recliner as well as a comfortable oak chair. Everything is in excellent condition. Relax outside on the lower section of the back deck on the patio table and chairs (large two-level deck shared with the owner. (Little Lake can not be seen from the apartment)
