Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Perpezat

What a lovely old house , in a tiny peaceful village. We couldn't have had a nicer stop over on our trip from Portugal to Switzerland, and I enjoyed my birthday lazing and playing in the garden. The furnishings and kitchen are not modern, but the house is full of style and charm. Although early June, the house was cool at night and we used the amazing log burner. We were there on Whitsun Monday, and a lot of local shops and restaurants closed early, but we had a trip to the old hill top village of Usson, and bought the best ever chicken from a rotisserie in the nearby village. We didn't meet Sonia, but communication with her was very good and friendly.

This Airbnb is a rare find! The place is clean, really well decorated and Mathieu makes you feel so comfortable … The village is calm and a great spot to start your travel all around the region.

Beautiful places! The view from the terrace is breathtaking and the calm and nature are there. Ideal place to go green and go hiking from the accommodation.

The Aksent cottage is a small traditional marvel, renovated with excellent taste. The amenities needed for a perfect stay are there, we were even able to enjoy the rhododendrons in bloom in the garden. Very beautiful place!

I can only confirm everything that has already been written in the previous reviews. Very well renovated house, peaceful and rejuvenating place. Even better than we wanted, just want to extend and not resume the daily routine.

Jean Francois and Christine are friendly, attentive and helpful hosts. They have renovated the house with care and attention. The house is comfortably furnished and equipped with everything you could wish for. A lovely bed, nice bathroom, beautiful kitchen. The large garden offers fantastic views and you can enjoy the silence, the special nature, the birds and butterflies. The area is beautiful. You can walk well, and we also cycled a lot. Nice villages and cities nearby. In short, a wonderful vacation destination.

Very nice accommodation, cozy and welcoming. Impeccable cleanliness and quality bedding. Small welcome touches were waiting for us. Everything is there and everything is provided, all you have to do is enjoy with friends.

Great weekend in a beautiful cottage! Large indoor and outdoor spaces. 3 floors, 3 bathrooms, 3 toilets and plenty of small spaces to isolate yourself if you want. Warm welcome from our hosts and very comfortable house of character in a small village with an excellent restaurant and a well-stocked bakery. Several beautiful hikes around also. In short, I recommend this accommodation without worries.

Carole is a dedicated, responsive and very friendly host! She is committed to doing well. Listing is as described. Perfect for a family with small children. No hassle or Tetris to load the car because all the equipment is on site, in addition to games and toys. We had a nice stay despite a reservation made the night before. Ideally located to participate in the Napoleonic festivals, in the heart of Vichy. Close to the opera and the Palais des Congrès.

We had a pleasant stay at Guillaume's. The apartment is very nicely decorated, very well equipped, very comfortable. Guillaume was always available and accommodating. I would highly recommend.

Beautiful, fully customizable, refurbished accommodation. Close to the hyper center a few meters from bars and restaurants. The spa was great, the shower very pleasant and the services really perfect (Netflix, breakfast, towels and bathrobes, shower gel, coffee...) We'll be back and we'll enjoy the other extra services. We had an unforgettable extended weekend in this cottage on the occasion of a cousinade. The place is beautiful and tastefully decorated. It was perfect for our whole group, couples and families with children :) The view of nature is breathtaking, and the large garden allowed us to fully enjoy every moment: swimming in the pool, dining on the terrace, evenings around the brazier… everything was there for an ideal stay! Finally, a huge thank you to Virginie, warm, available and caring, who with her family, largely contributed to the beautiful atmosphere of our stay! A place we would recommend without so much as a second thought and where we would happily come back!

Everything was as announced, Julia gave clear advises how to reach, to enter etc. etc, During our stay it was (unexepected) very cold outside but the heating was excellent, the wood fired oven was heating greatly. Our dog loved the garden. Julia even prepared a sheet for the dog etc. Location is good to reach many places in Auvergne, Murol castle also just a few minutes to walk and the lake is also very close. Summary: Nice house, nicely equipped, everything available what needed. Super quiet surrounding / area around. Julia is a great host. (When we arrived there were flowers on the table, pick up and arranged by her daughter)

We felt very comfortable from the first moment. The house and surroundings are exactly as shown in the pictures and description. Everything is very clean and the decor is very stylish. Carine is absolutely lovely and very helpful. If you are looking for relaxation, this house is the place to be. Highly recommended.

Excellent stay for our family reunion. The setting is ideal (large swimming pool, ping pong, large garden...). Only small downside it would be nice to add an extra table for the outside as well as chair cushions. We'll be back!!!!!

A weekend of racing in the Puys mountain range with 8 friends in this accommodation! Everything was great! Everything to enjoy and plenty of activities within walking distance (hiking, tree climbing, golf, Charade circuit) and easily accessible by car (Puy de Dôme, Pariou, Clermont Ferrand)! We would highly recommend it!

We had a great time at Rodolphe's place: like at home, the mountains in addition! Very well-equipped house for a family and an Enchanting environment we'll be back!
