We’re located in the heart of East Hill, which is a very charming and established neighborhood. The area is peaceful and quiet, yet only about a 5-10 minute drive downtown Pensacola and a quick 15 minute drive to Pensacola Beach. We will do everything we can to make your stay great! The house includes driveway parking and your own private fenced in yard.

A block away from the peaceful bayou, a 5 minute drive from the quaint downtown district, and a 12 minute trip to some of the worlds' whitest sand beaches. Our neighborhood stands as one of the safest and most centrally located areas in all of Pensacola. The Sanctuary is complete with a kitchenette, back patio and plenty of fresh sunlight (as well as black out shades) to support any of your "homey" needs.
“Clint and Syd were a joy to stay with. The house was absolutely sound and had the best energy about it. Spotless and just so comfortable and peaceful. We loved our stay. Reef was the good boy of the weekend and a sweetums! Gave him treats every chance we got! We really appreciated there being no television in the room. It was a good way to disconnect and just enjoy our time there. They were super helpful prior to our trip with some local questions and just the sweetest couple when we met and stayed with them. They really went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. We really wish we could have stayed longer. If we are ever in the area we know where we will be staying time and time again!”
This small but cute guesthouse is a five minute drive from downtown Pensacola and the new baseball stadium on Pensacola Bay. It is also 20 minutes from Pensacola Beach and the beautiful Gulf Coast. The guesthouse is a separate structure that affords lots of privacy and quiet in the historical North Hill neighborhood.
“Petra is a wonderful host. The place is peaceful and has so many fine touches. I wanted to go for a walk in the morning, and she directed me to downtown, a straight shot from her place. It was a lovely walk through North Hill to Community Maritime Park. We will be back again.”
