It's near the airport that you can Access with just a bus ride and near all shops that you will need.We are 5 minutes away from the beach and close to lots of restaurants.This is a new account but we are experienced super hosts of 8 years.If you want you have access to beautiful xalkidiki with just 1 hour car drive and very easy access to Thessaloniki.

Υπάρχουν παιχνίδια για μικρα αλλά και μεγαλα παιδιά (ποδοσφαιρακι, πινγκ πονγκ, αιρ χοκευ) 43 ιντσων smart TV άνετους χώρους με αποκορύφωμα το μεγάλο μπάνιο για στιγμες χαλάρωσης. Located between 2 villages, in the suburbs of Thessaloniki, our attic guestroom offers a quiet stay in the countryside, ideal for people who love nature (and animals:). Public transportation to the airport, beaches, center of Thessaloniki. There are many close by beaches that you can go swimming (10-15 min by bus). There is a super market in 10 minutes walking distance from the house! The room has a double bed and a sofa-bed.

Το σπίτι βρίσκεται στην περιοχή της Καλαμαριάς (20 λεπτά από το κέντρο με το λεωφορείο). Είναι στο ισόγειο και έχει μια ήσυχη αυλή που βλέπει σε ακάλυπτο. Υπάρχει πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα και μπάνιο με πλυντήριο για ρούχα, μεγάλο σαλόνι και δύο ευρύχωρα υπνοδωμάτια. Μπορεί άνετα να φιλοξενήσει 4 άτομα (ένα 2πλο κρεβάτι και 2 μονά). Η πολυκατοικία είναι μικρή και εγώ διαμένω δύο ορόφους πιο πάνω για ό,τι χρειαστείτε.
