3 Chestnut Terrace by The Suffolk Cottage Collecti

I would just like to congratulate Donna on the perfect AirBnB property. Spotlessly clean, stylish, comfortable, quiet and yet within walking distance of shops, lovely pubs, a National Trust property and a stunning church. Lovely attention to details & thoughtfully providing fresh bread, milk, eggs etc. I wouldn't hesitate in highly recommending staying here.
A wooden sign displaying the name 'Clare' is prominently featured, decorated with illustrated buildings and local emblems. Surrounding structures exhibit traditional English architecture, with various window styles visible under a partly cloudy sky. The scene reflects the charm of the historic market village.

Cosy guest suite in Clare

We had a Wonderful Stay. The Annexe is strategically located in beautiful and peaceful Clare, just a short drive away from many beautiful villages and towns. The apartment is the perfect size for a couple or a family - we visited with our baby and we could not have wished for a better place to stay. Well equipped with virtually anything you will ever need on a short stay. Molly and Anna took good care of us and even provided an extra duvet for the cot. Very much recommended and we look forward to staying again
The exterior of the cottage displays a classic design, featuring a symmetrical façade with gabled roofs and crisp white walls. A manicured lawn leads to the entrance, framed by neatly trimmed hedges. The charming setting is complemented by a clear blue sky overhead.

Grade II Listed Cottage on The Green in Cavendish

The cottage was characterful, beautifully clean and comfortable and pretty location in a friendly village. There were some great walks from the village, a tiny community shop selling spookily almost anything you’d need and I enjoyed a rummage in the Sue Ryder charity shop, which was added bonus for me! We’d come back again. Thank you.

Cosy 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom Cottage

Sue's cottage is a really lovely, tranquil place to stay. The location is rural but close to Long Melford where we enjoyed dinner at two excellent restaurants. Shops and other amenities are also close by. The Cottage is warm (especially in front of the log burner!), extremely well equipped and is absolutely spotless. The beds are comfy, the decor tasteful and the welcome pack both thoughtful and generous. Sue and Julian are the nicest of people - friendly, welcoming, helpful but also respectful of their guests and their privacy. Nothing was too much trouble and communication was first class. We were also encouraged to enjoy the extensive grounds around the cottage and main house and in summer there is plenty of opportunity to relax outdoors. Finally, as well as recommending the Cottage without reservation a word also for two of Long Melford's restaurants - the Black Lion and Scutchers. Both are excellent and included in Sue's comprehensive 'House Book'.

The Lodge at Briar house .

My wife, two Golden Retrievers and I had the most amazing stay at the Lodge in March of 2025. Both the accommodation and the grounds are so dog friendly and comfortable. The accommodation came with everything you could need along with some very lovely touches, like a continental breakfast included. The dogs couldn't believe their luck when they discovered the expansive garden, including a pond perfect for cooling off after a long day exploring the local area. Bruce was a wonderful host. Very easy to talk to, friendly and warm. We couldn't rate our stay highly enough.

Sam was very kind and helped me a lot. The little house was really calm and nice.
A gravel pathway winds through a lush green lawn, bordered by a wooden fence. A mature tree with sparse branches stands prominently, providing a natural focal point. The background features a mix of greenery and buildings, enhancing the tranquil rural setting.

Braggons Farm Annex

Very clean and comfortable property. Spacious kitchen and lounge with lovely outside seating area. Bed linen and towels were fresh and clean. Well equipped kitchen. Anna provided some essentials for our arrival to enable us to make tea/coffee on arrival including biscuits. The shower was great, very powerful and hot water plentiful. Overall a lovely peaceful stay. Such a shame it was only a short visit. Would definately stay again when visiting beautiful Suffolk. Thank you Anna.
